On Friday I was able to take a break and reluctantly visit my local Chicos store. Online shopping is my thing, but I had run out of time, & I need something now. There's an upcoming wedding that I have nothing to wear, lol. I was immediately greated by this voice that said "are you shopping for something special today"? Boy, did I quickly let my problem become hers and she immediately jumped at the opportunity of trying to help me. Very soon, there were clothes hanging in my dressing room, I couldn't believe it! Joy was so helpful, we were having so much fun, and I then confessed that I had 2 more weddings to shop for and then, Brian gets involved and even more clothing items entered the dressing room. I felt so comfortable there with them, I laughed and laughed (I'm confident they did too). They easily took on my problem and stress and I felt fantastic when I left! ...

Took back an exchange, Elizabeth waited in me, exchanged my purchase and was asked to pay an additional amount, knowing this was not correct, but she left the register. Got back to my home, 50 miles, checked my receipt again virginal and was short an $89.00 shirt. When I called back I told the lady on the phone gave her all my information and she said you'll need to bring your card back to get credit we can't do it over the phone. I'm sorry but this should have never happen to start with. Going back and I will take my entire purchase for refund. Not a happy customer. Their customer service is not good.
