You need to know - I have not bought a mattress from anyone but John Brooks for over 30 years!!! He takes his time, listens to what you think you might need, and then shows you appropriate beds! I have never regretted any of my purchases - water beds included!! He knows his product and has the information about them and doesn't push you!! I just bought a mattress to replace a guest bedroom one (that had been pasted down to us and was hard as rock!) We actually slept on it this week to make sure it was what we wanted... and it was a comfortable evening. We did not want to spend a lot and John suggested the perfect match! I also finally found the pillow I could use and not have a stiff neck. John had me try a couple for at least 10 minutes and that was the key! After 2-3 minutes I could eliminate the first one, but then 10 minutes with the second one proved to be the right choice! That's what it took - not hurrying through a choice and John told me the benefits to that pillow as I was testing it! NO RUSH!! John knows his pillows too!! My boyfriend & I worked with Gina after going to several other matress sellers (big and small) and I'm so glad we decided to stop into Sleep Center. Gina was SO informative and helpful. I thought I wanted something super soft but after listening to what my boyfriend and I wanted she let us try a more firm matress that would hold up longer but was still comfortable. Needless to say, we ended up going back a few weeks later and getting it. I appreciated her honesty and also her ability to not only LISTEN, but provide feedback and multiple options based on what she was hearing from us. I trusted her input and could tell that she really cared about making sure we got the best option for the both of us. Big thanks again to Gina! Will add more input once the matress is delivered!

I had a wonderful experience here!! Since I had such good experiences at the furniture store, I figured I’d try the sleep center since I needed a new mattress. I was not disappointed. I made an appointment and met Gina. She was so nice and easy to work with. I felt no pressure what so ever. She took time in asking some questions. Since I didn’t know what I really wanted or needed she tried me on several different mattresses. My current one has almost no support. So they all felt better! We narrowed it down to 3. I tried them all out for the second time. I decided on my new dream mattress!! I can hardly wait for it to be delivered on Tuesday. I did take my husband the next day for him to try it out as well. Gina was as good to him as well.
