My Wife and I ordered from the mobile app at this location today between 2:30pm and 3:15pm and we did NOT get OUR FOOD.
We ordered early to give the store enough time to make the food and have it ready, as we aren't too picky about the food being hot or cold. Once we pulled up to the location after about 20 minutes, there was not a single customer in the parking lot, the store, or coming in.
We went inside of the store and proceeded to not get greeted for 5 minutes, then after we were greeted we told them we had a mobile order for (Name) and they said "It was 2 large drinks right?" We corrected and showed them on the app that it did not say that at all. (We had 3 drinks, 2 Happy hour and 1 Lg)
The "Manager" (Loosely) Lauren, reprinted the receipt off of her main register and handed it to me while rudely saying, "Wow, isn't that crazy how it says 2 large drinks?"
I responded calmly but irritated by saying, ""Well, last I checked, my name isn't "Kelli" and I didn't order this"
She then rudely kept telling My Wife and I that because we didn't order and that they couldn't see it (Showed her the receipt on the phone, the statement on my bank account, multiple times) that we could not get our food unless she "RE RING the food into my register and have you pay for it."
Lauren then said to me, "Listen sir, I'm short staffed today. I can't help you." Which I understand and have empathy for those who work short staffed because I have done it. Either way I had no issue waiting for the food to be made, I'm very easy to bargain with, and it isn't excusable that just because you're "short staffed" (with 5 people in the restaurant and us the only customers) doesn't mean that I shouldn't get what I paid for.
As I have been a Restaurant Manager and when we had this type of issue, we understood that we (even a franchise) represent the company that we are behind and so we are the ones who have to make it right for the company.
To see this restuarant go from great, to good, to bad, to horrid over the past few years has been disgusting to see.
We ended up deciding not to order again and pay again and left as Lauren was extremely rude and more hassle than it was worth.
Overall, I would NEVER recommend this location to a single soul and would definitely have the "Restuarant Manager" take a look at her staff and maybe consider improving the attitude of the restaurant. Like I said, this location used to be great, unfortunately they have continued to push and hire management that doesn't understand how to run a restaurant or even handle customer service.    Read moreFist of all I have never had to rate tacobell before but this time it was awful, we ordered the party taco box Wich usually only has,bees, lettuce, and Cheese but this time they put tatoes Wich my kids are allergic of and there was tomato juice dripping everywhere 🤢 and the tacos were cold and hard but the one's that were soggy became of the tomatoes juice and some of the tacos didn't even have meat in it I dont know what y'all put in that meat but it didnt even look right it was just orange!!? Because when I went to NC Taco Bell the meat was soft and brown and didn't have oily orange stuff dripping everywhere!. You could barely see or taste the meat because it was covered in chunks of lettuce.!Also I. Pretty sure these tortillas are likes maybe days old because the edge of the tortillas were all chipped and would rip easily and were hard too the only thing that was supposed to be good was that they gave us extra but what's the point when they are soggy and don't even have meat IN IT.    Read moreI just had my worst experience ever at Taco Bell got a gordita crunch there was no crunch in this. I only had a couple pieces of lettuce in it and worse when I complained to the front that it was made wrong the guy recognized he did not Grill the outside but would not fix it it was a poorly made sloppy mess just like the five layer burrito I got which was probably missing beef filling and instead of putting the correct filling they just filled as much sour cream they could. I will say I did not complain about the five layer burrito because I did not know about it until I started actually eating the food but after I was dismissed about the Gordita Crunch I did not bother trying to ask them to fix anything after that.
