Dr. Mattingly is the best dentist I have ever seen. He has always taken care of me and my family. Outstanding person that takes exceptional care of all of his patients. He most definitely puts his patients first too. I could go on forever about how he’s helped me in dental emergencies and regular procedures. He is calm, efficient and overall an utmost professional in his field. Outstanding work that lasts.

This dentist office is an absolute gem here in Lowell. I will always come to Mattingly for my dental needs there is no question about it. The staff all works their butt off to get your insurance to pay out what they owe. Every time I’ve been to a different dentist it doesn’t hold up to the quality of Mattingly.

Ive been to this office a few times this year 2021 and i would recommend the office to anyone who needs dental work done. The level of professionalism is beyond any dentist I've been to in my life. Both Dr Joe and Dr Faye have the greatest personalities and chair side demeanor and they make you feel comfortable from when you walk in until you leave.
