Waited about 20 min in drive up. Only 2 cars in front of me. Cones are shrinking. A large cone is now about the size of a medium. Very disappointing.

FOLLOW UP VISIT! Well I can tell you that my follow up drive thru visit was even worse than the first visit. The newest issue was when I ordered a banana shake for my elderly mother to drink. We got our order and drove off only to learn that the shake for my mother was frozen solid. She could not put a straw in it and no spoon was give. It looks like the shake was made hours or days before and stuck in a freezer just waiting for some poor sucker to order a banana shake so they can pawn it off on a drive thru customer. I dont think we will be back to be taken advantage of again. If this is how you run your business I can suggest that you should either sell the business or go out of business! If you are looking for employment here and have any sort of health issues I would not recommend working here. They do not care about your health or your families. I was recently terminated due to me having health issues that caused me to leave work by ambulance when I returned with drs note Rebecca one of the managers told me the dr note would be fine and accepted as a excuse which would not be counted against me. After my health issue occurred my daughter had a health issue of her own that caused her to be hospitalized for 4days at the children’s hospital in Chicago which I only was scheduled to work 2 days out of the 4 days my daughter was in the hospital and due to the 2 day absences they decided to fire me. I will NEVER return to this location EVER again. The owner is CRAZY! While I was trying to speak with his mother (co-owner) about a complaint I had with the attitude the register worker (found to be a manager) had after I said I preferred another location she was bad mouthing. This man came out of nowhere literally YELLING at me in front of my 12 year old son how he runs a reputable and clean establishment, etc. I have never in my life. He did not stop to ask what the issue was that I was speaking to the older woman about just came yelling and not in a loud voice but in a yelling voice at me.
