Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cedar Creek Township

So far wrong with every single order we’ve made the luex box’s comes with a chicken chalupa I’ve paid extra to take the chicken off and add seasoned beef this has been the 3rd time now multiple boxes within each order and still either has chicken and beef or just chicken which I paid extra for the beef in the first place this is the lesser of our issues we’ve paid extra for extra onion or add onion and don’t get it we’ve added sauces and been shorted added fry’s and didn’t receive I’m tired of paying so much extra to have our meals wrong I understand mistakes happen we ate in one night and I physically showed the one manager what was wrong what did happened? He did a very good job at replacing. What was wrong and fixing everything but we ate in but we have taken meals Home like tonight and they are not right and they do not want to fix them if I ask for no chicken and I’m paying extra to add beef to a taco or in this case a Chalupa I have no chicken on the Chalupa and I should have beef along with the fact that I paid another dollar or something extra for extra beef we have been shorted sauces I love the jalapeño sauce or the chipotle sauce, and most The time I order between two and four of them, I have been shorted about every single time. I don’t know what’s going on with this particular store. i’ve been to this location 3 times, i get the same thing every time. something is always messed up, but last night everything in my cravings box was messed up. chalupa shells are always hard as a rock. i’m talking it’s had to have sat there for like 5 hours. the shell itself cracks apart & makes my mouth so dry. that’s how old they are. asked for my beefy 5 layer to be grilled, wasn’t grilled. told them we would wait for fresh fries, they pulled us around without giving us our drinks. i ordered a baja blast, they were out of baja & couldn’t tell me at the window after i pulled up from the speaker? not only that, but we waited 10 minutes in the parking lot just to get fries that weren’t fresh. this is what we specifically requested. i don’t mind waiting 10 minutes if my food was going to be good. nothing was prepared accordingly & my chalupa is still sitting on my counter. i’ve been treated kindly by the young girls working the window, but the quality of the food at this place is absolute garbage. was excited to get a tbell back in lowell again, wouldn’t be surprised if this one also closes down if the owners don’t get their...

I’m never a person to write a review like I’d rather chop my own foot off then inconvenience others but this Taco Bell has to be the single worst one I’ve been to, I tried to just give the benefit of the doubt with going a few times to just see if it ever got better but every single time me and my boyfriend have gone we’ve waited ridiculous amounts of time for mobile pick up and every meal has somehow always been wrong, aside from food the staff is rude I’m one to have a bad day here and there as well life is life but when you don’t say a single word to a customer the entire drive through interaction, toss food out at people and just have conversations with coworkers instead blows my mind I’ve worked fast food I’ve been there and I understand people can be extremely hard to deal with but to the few of us actually just trying to grab a quick meal have basic human kindness please and if you’re gonna take 15+ minutes on my stuff at least make...
