I have to say I love coming here since the day I met Brandon. He help choose just the right pants since I’m 4’11 is hard to find flare pants that fit. Yes I did go crazy ordering and returning some since I was trying to find the good fit. But Brandon has been really helpful every step of the way. I feel like I’m shopping with a friend that is helping me choose clothes. I love that he so patience with me through everything. I have been going constantly just because he is there and his great customer service he provides. If he is not in the management there he really needs to. He is has a great attitude every time I go there. I love that he remembers me and he is willing to help every time. I have spoken to my husband about him how attentive and helpful he has been and that I love coming to this particular store just because of him and his great customer service he provides me and all others. Love Buckle..wish they had more new clothings in stock but whatever you cant find in size they are so helpful on finding it online to ship to their store for you. Most staff are awesome to get help with outfit tips and extremly attentive to the customer they are helping. Not all my experiences have been ideal because of issues between having an issue with a purchase then having to handle it with guest services. The main manager there is extremly upbeat and kind, would be happy to help just make sure you know all the rules if you should...

Defiantly recommend April!!! she went above and behind to get me a pair of shoes that no other buckle had left in my size. She walked me through the process of making a buckle account over the phone so that I was able to have the shoes shipped and was really patient with me. She defiantly deserves a raise!!!! can't thank her enough for all her help and I received the shoes...
