I really hate to say this about this place but they have roaches 🪳 I repeat please don’t bring nothing electronic in that store you will go home with roaches also brad is the best employee there honestly,Malinda let her position she got last year go to her head👆🥲desi short girl isn’t there no more I know she’s glad🤣but seriously they can do better wish that was brad store he deserves the store not Malinda a@@?she also talks to much and has a nasty attitude she didn’t deserve that position and I’m just giving my honest 🥲🥲😕opinion.p/s feel...

Their prices aren't terrible, but the store layout and operating procedures are. The store is overflowing with merchandise and is a literal maze. If you want to buy something, be prepared to stand in line 30 minutes. They make you wait in line while the person ahead of you pawns say a laptop, and they take a good 5-10 minutes saran wrapping it up and putting it away. Needs to be a separate person doing this. It should not take 20-30 minutes to wait on 3-4 people. Go to Siegel's, much nicer people and you will not have to wait such...

This place terrible I paid my ring off over half and needed a picture of it and the damn store wouldn’t let me talking about we can’t do that um first off u had to show it to me for me to want to buy it second off you guys dropped my ring back in the case when we came in and told u we were gonna be late with the payment and you told us to pay something until the next week when we could come in which we did just to find u tried to sell it again. Maybe I wanted to make sure u still had my freaking ring....
