Pizza Daddy — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I had the worst service I've ever had in my entire life the first time I came in I asked for a menu I see the deal for the special and the one topping for 29 something$2 more for taco I instantly know I want it I say I know what I want he says I'll be right back just give me a minute I'm waiting and waiting and waiting he doesn't come back until another customer comes in as he walks up he says how can I help you I think he's talking to me because I was there first when I go to say what I want he says I'm not talking to you do I get frustrated and leave because someone's watching my suitcases up the street I'm disabled with a physical handicap so that person helps me carry my bags back to Pizza den I tell her appreciate your help I'll feed you so I come in my total come about 36 bucks he tells me 15 minutes is about 35-40 minutes he brings out the food he was rude about me wanting to eat there I'm trying to eat my meal while it's hot and fresh a man an older black man that I do not know Roxanne walks into the restaurant walks right up to me and start sexually talking to me and harassing me I look and say hey man I'm trying to enjoy my meal leave me alone the man starts yelling and cussing at me threatening me and then he puts his hands on me twice I yelled for the manager I asked him to call 911 you know what he does he kicks me out for causing trouble he looks at the man and apologizes for the trouble I caused the employees or owner ask him well what you need the black guy said nothing I came in here to talk to her the employee again apologizes it says what can I get you he says I'm thirsty I want a pop they hand him the soda and says it's on the house ask the black man still threatened me say he's going to beat my ass when I go outside I call a Lyft because I don't feel safe and I've been sexually assaulted and beat before my Lyft driver gets there I asked for help with my bags he was rude about that he still gets out of the vehicle comes inside as in grabbing my bags I asked the owner can I get another pop this one should be on the house for being assaulted and him doing nothing he says yeah okay be-4 somethingdid the Lyft driver then says I'm canceling your ride you're just going behind here anyways it's not worth it I start balling the owner says you need to get out of the store right now well the man who harassed me and assaulted me is pacing back and forth outside waiting for me to come out I even told the owner he was horrible and shitty that's how you handle people who come into your restaurant and assault and harass a paying customer who is female and disabled yeah I figured you know cuz he was talking to you I told him no he was a complete stranger I told him that's why I told him to leave me alone he says well I don't know get out I'm closing in 45 minutes I spent 36 some dollars to be harassed assaulted humiliated discriminated against I didn't even get to eat the pizza it was cold and nasty that was very upset and hurt I want my money back I'm also in touch...

I used to order from them fairly often since I work weird hours and I am often up late at night. Their pizza was decent, their customer service was terrible but also the only place in town that delivers late at night.

I stopped ordering from them after my last three experiences with them. Once I ordered a pizza at about two thirty in the morning. By 3:45 it hadn't showed up. When I called to complain, the manager said that the driver had tried to deliver it but couldn't find the address and he tried calling me but I didn't answer. Nobody had called me. Even if my phone had somehow dropped the call, they obviously didn't try that hard.

Fast forward a few months and I'm working a night shift at work. I call for delivery and they tell me that they can't deliver to my location because one of their drivers called out sick. Even when I told them that I didn't care if it took longer and that I would tip well, they refused my business. Outright refused a paying customer.

The straw that finally broke the camel's back was when I called them late at night to order pizza for myself and they told me they had just instituted a $20.00 minimum on delivery orders. I got upset because every other pizza place in town has a minimum of ten dollars or less. They told me to just order a second pizza. I told them I wouldn't be ordering...

Not from here never had their food,,we ordered at 12:55 told that it would be out in 35-45mins well after calling a few times being told something different each time we finally got our food at 2:20 Food was Cold Chicken Strips was soggy and mozzarella sticks was dried out our food clearly had been sitting out a while,,so I called back spoke to 2 different people and all they wanted to do is tell me how it should not be cold but it might have been is exactly what the man said so I asked what he was willing to do about it #1 Replace Food #2 Return my money and get his Cold food back he didn't react to either..we are staying at the hospital as a family member is in ICU after suffering a attack that he almost lost his life to I proceed to tell him I'm not from here I'm a 1st time customer and this is very bad for business especially to a new customer and that I can ensure I will never order from there and as long as we are here I will make damn sure none of the others waste their money at this establishment he just sat there Bad Business Bad service I basically just gave them free money for their left...
