Our experience with phelans began at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Jackie, phelan’s AMAZING interior designer, was tasked with fully furnishing our lake home in Montezuma Iowa. Because of Covid, we had to meet with her via zoom calls. On our first call we gave her a virtual tour of the space. Jackie asked us what our vision for the space was, aesthetically, and took the time to understand what colors and functions were important to us. When we were unsure of how we wanted the layout to look or how we wanted to utilize a room, she gave her very well thought-out input. We were impressed right from the start with her warm and friendly personality. She has a very settling nature, and she’s sharp as a tack when it comes to details. We had a follow up zoom call where she presented her ideas after she received our blueprints and sent us samples of materials she thought we would like.we didn’t have to change one thing she suggested...her taste is exquisite. When everything was ready for delivery, Jackie drove the one hour to the house with the crew (on more than one occasion) to make sure everything was set up just the way it should be. Her communication skills are beyond excellent, as she responded immediately to every question or need we had. (even on the weekends!) and kept us informed every step of the way. I can honestly say this was the most satisfying experience I’ve had with a company. Jackie is an absolute dream and respresents Phelans better than anyone could. I highly HIGHLY recommend...

A very professional and sweet lady, Mary Akin began visiting with me regarding my preferred style, color , pieces, etc. and I never went to another store. I just wanted to share that we had a great experience at Phelan's Interiors in Cedar Rapids. Timothy did an excellent job helping us find the perfect sofas and within our budget.
