The Olive Sprig — Local services in Cedarburg

My original post was a 3 star (see review below), but I was so impressed with the response from the owner that I have now changed it to a 5 star review. The way in which they handled my not-so-great experience was flawless and speaks to their integrity and excellent customer service. They did not get defensive or hostile in any way and made me feel validated and satisfied in the end. I am highly impressed with the way this company handles themselves!

"My wife made me go here and usually I have fun when she makes me go places. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't sample the goods. We bought some high quality olive oil and then went home. I had a magnificent experience at The Olive Sprig! The owner, Linda was truly remarkable. She was helpful, knowledge, and kind, I asked her to ship my full purchase out of state and it was impeccably done. Everything fragile stayed in tact; even the pasta (not a crumb). The pasta and sauces are fantastic and organic.,She has an array of organic soups, lentils, olives from Spain in beautiful glass decorative jars, olive oils, balsamic vinegars, utensils galore,tons of gift items...etc...I highly recommend this shop; you...

There is so much variety to choose from. If you love to cook with oils and vinegars this is THE place to visit. We discovered it a few years ago and we are now regulars who make a trip out just to restock. The traditional balsamic is by far my favorite - it has a flavor depth that pairs so well with everything. On the olive oil side their garlic and basil are top notch!
