I would not recommend this location for the simple fact that the front desk gal turned down potential business 10 minutes before they actually opened (10 am) the new customer came in the door at 9:50 am wanting to inquire about what services they offered and the gal told her to have a seat and wait 10 minutes until they open to talk to her. Personally, if you don’t want somebody in your building, maybe lock your doors? I also had questions about the treatment I was expecting to receive, but she would not see me up until 10 AM when they opened either which I respected completely. I just felt it was pretty rude to turn down potential business over two minutes of question asking. It just wasn’t the warming welcome I was hoping for. I did not end up receiving services due to the fact that they wanted to charge me an extra $35 for a pre screening because I was pregnant (which was not disclosed when booking or prior to the appointment). The nurse in the back seemed very nice & sweet. She was walking to the front desk to greet us as we walked in but the gal coming in behind us happened to be the front desk gal who quickly cut her words to the point of we aren’t open until 10 am please have a seat and we will be with you when we open. The front desk gal recommended we check with their competitors instead of trying to find solutions or be helpful. I appreciate the experience and I will not be back for that reason. I had an incredible experience at Hydrate! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Lucy is outstanding and so incredibly helpful! An other highlight of my visit was the amazing nurse Jenni! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease right away, explaining the process thoroughly and answering all my questions.

The IV itself was quick and painless—I felt so much better afterward: refreshed, energized, and hydrated. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with such a caring and attentive staff. Absolutely loved my experience at Hydrate to Elevate! I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were super friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They helped me pick the right drip based on how I was feeling, and I could feel the difference almost immediately.

The place itself is beautiful, super clean, calming, and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to relax while doing something great for your body. I felt more energized, hydrated, and clear-headed after just one session.
