So, I was a Nextel customer in 2001 and converted over to Spring right after the merger. The cell service has gone through some ups and downs. In 2014 I was having issues with Sprint and was about to cancel my service. I went into the sprint store to inquire if they had a buyback program. The lines were long (and have only gotten longer since then), so one of the Techs, Jason L. struck up conversation with me. He explained that sprint was doing an upgrade and the issue should clear up soon. This was the best and MOST logical explanation I received from Sprint about why my calls were dropping. Two weeks later I went back to the store because my phone was malfunctioning. Jason L. helped me with my issue. He discovered that it was something that he could not fix and was going to order a replacement phone. While in the process of placing the order for the replacement henoticed that I was eligible for anup grade. So, he told me about the new phones at that time and their features, and I decided to do the upgrade. This guy saved a customer on one visit and upsold the same customer on another visit. WOW and I am not an easy win.
Ok so fast forward to 2016 Jason haave helped me with 80% on my tech issues and I have never left upset or disappointed in the service that he or the rest of the tech team at this store has provided. The only issue I have had with this store is the long ass line when it comes to making a purchase. Who has that much damn time to waste? Also, let me be clear, the sales reps ARE WORKING expeditiously! They are just understaffed. Its one of two things either the DM is hard to work for or the DM is cheap ( I am reminded how cold it was in the store one day, and the staff stated that they could not turn up the heat. I told all the customers that the Metro PCS stores had heat, short to no lines, and cheaper prices, we should all go there).
Anyway, I close with the accolades of Jason L. and the rest of the tech team for their superior service and NEVER being rude or frustrated by a customer, and to the sales team for busting their asses working and still making time to have fun with the customers. Look, they need to be rewarded...
Read moreI have been to many Sprint stores in my life and this was the only one that was bad...I went in to pay my bill but there was a girl in there sitting down that had 2 guys chatting her up then one of them helped me to complete my name etc to get in line ( to sign in)....then I sat down with only one other guy and he said he had been waiting 15 mins....then another guy joined their chat and it was all social nothing to do with Sprint phones...etc. I learned the main guy she was chatting to wouldn't be there Sunday and she was getting her hair done.....mean while one guy left their conversation and then another joined. I asked the guy next to me how to pay my bill on my phone he obliged..he helped me get the Sprint app....then I told them that they need to step up as the guy behind me is waiting....all they answered was oh he was just coming to call you....but I was not next in line. I told them they sucked and that I was not next n I'm paying my bill on line. I will say over the years I have always loved going into the Sprint store... especially when they were in Cherry Hills mkt at Orchard and University when I needed to pay my bill or set up a new phone ...they were so cheerful and helpful. This one bad experience will not deter me from using Sprint but a major warning for others don't use this one. I noticed after I left without service the other guy who was supposed to be next left also! Sprint Store off of Arapahoe 15735 E Arapahoe Rd...
Read moreI’m not really sure why this location has such horrible desires but my experience was different. I made a appointment the day before. I got there early and they were busy. I explained that I made a appointment and they told me I would get the next available sales agent. I was only there to upgrade our cell phones. We waited maybe 20 minutes. Our sales rep was Ashley and she was so sweet. I explained what we needed and like a dummy I forgot my wallet at home. I live about 5 minutes away. So we left to get my wallet and was back. We waited maybe 10 minutes and Ashley was free to help us. Used to we could use our PIN numbers but Sprint now requires your ID due to fraudulent issues. I’ve had my identity stolen so I was fine with that. The whole process took about 2 hours. Ashley was very knowledgeable in Apple products. It really helped us make our decision. We also picked up some accessories. Cell phones have gotten so expensive but I definitely need it. I got the iPhone X and my fiancé got the 8 plus. So far I’m happy with my choice. I also got 2 wireless chargers. Oh Ashley wanted to make sure our phones updated properly so we went to eat lunch and came back 15-20 minutes to pick them up. Everyone was very nice including the tech’s...
