The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I have had serious medical issues for the past 20years and moved to this area 2yrs ago and was sad to have to change pharmacies, I got to know my pharmacist and techs really well at the last kings pharmacy I went to and they were very pleasant and communicated very well. This pharmacy is awful, they do not communicate well, they rarely answer the phone and when they do your on hold for 15-20min and I’ve personally witnessed one of the staff (a white male in his 40s, blonde hair) throw an angry fit when checking out an older man because the older gentleman had noticed he was given the wrong Rx. This same employee is rude most of the time and has never said hello, how are you, have a good night, not once in the whole time I’ve been coming here. One of the pharmacist (older Asian man) is notorious for ignoring patients and their questions/concerns. I’m all fairness, there is a younger pharmacist (male, curly hair) that is very pleasant and a younger gal, (the only one that works there) whom is a tech I believe that I dealt with this evening that was very sweet and helpful to me and the customers I have saw her deal with. I never get calls back when I leave a message and if your prescription is not ready when you need it you won’t get a call or even a simple message letting you know the status. I’ve never had issues with KingSoopers pharmacy, they’ve always been super stellar and quick to assist you. The columbine KingSoopers pharmacy tech new me by name and always greeted me so kindly and was always quick to help in the rare instances that you may need it. But for some odd reason, that’s not the case here. The line is always long, I’m always being put on hold for long periods of time and I’ve been told of more than 1 occasion my Rx is ready only to get there and have them look at me sideways, and have to either sit and wait or come back. I’m on a lot of new meds for a recent medical condition and I don’t even feel like a patient, I feel like an inconvenience. I really hope things straighten up there soon. Read moreI have been trying to use these guys for a year now, but they are the slowest Pharmacy on earth! I have always liked and used KS pharmacies, until this one... You cant even drop off a prescription in less than 30 mins, let alone get it filled. I highly suggest having your Dr. call in the prescription, but even just picking it up from these guys takes forever. They are always extremely understaffed, and the staff they do have will see you at the counter, but continue whatever they are doing rather than come to assist you.
