My kid is 2 and they loved it! There’s these little cubicle stalls made of wood setup sort of like a Main Street and each one is a different place. They have a construction site , a grocery store, a reading library area, a daycare, a restaurant bistro, a veterinarian, a kitchen, a fire station, & a theatre where they dress up. Then there’s this plane that they can get in and it seesaws or you can sit in the middle and it goes side to side and a tractor thing. There’s bouncy stuff including an area for a little taller kids. There’s a under 4 area for little babies more and an area with play structures like a fort and a plastic house and these giant blue blocks that they’re supposed to build w but they mostly climb on them because they’re huge. You have to wear socks, grown ups too and there’s not really a time limit you just pay your $17 and go in and leave when you’re ready. They have an area behind the play stuff where you can eat purchased snacks drinks coffee for adults but no outside food allowed. There’s a little kind of toy shop in the entrance with an assortment of pretending toys like food sets and costume things …blocks. My kid is 2 and he loooooved it. I don’t necessarily recommend it for big kids unless you’re only taking them for the jump part but then I’d say they have to be middle school or under.

Very fun place to take your children. I bought books before I left as well. My daughter had a blast for lots of pretend play. They have bounce houses as well. They also have snacks for the kids and parents as well.

Oh. My. Gosh. My 2.5 yo LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!! Probably her new favorite place besides Great Play. Only $12 too!! Could’ve stayed all day! So many things to do and plenty of room to accommodate all the kids Pretend Play needs. They had Grocery Store, Construction area, Animal Hospital, Fire House, Restaurant, House/ Kitchen/ washer dryer set up, Puppet Area, Classroom, Bounce House, bounce areas for 4yo and up, Post Office, Storytime / dance/ lego area, foam block building area, tons of play houses with slides, tumbling area, infant area, and even exercise equipment if you feel like working out! =amazing! So much fun for her! Can’t wait to go back with more moms/ mom groups! Highly recommend! Worth 35 min drive definitely!! **side note: hard to find with GPS- it’s on the BACKSIDE OF PLAZA!! Can’t see it at all when you pull in to plaza and GPS says you arrived. Go behind plaza

Reply to the owner:

As I see the organization rots from the head, and the owner rather than admitting fault attacks the customer with lies! I never argued about the 8 kids, I get I had more than what my contract had listed and I had no problem paying for it! Yes I do think $15 cake cutting is ridiculous when you pay $1000 for a party …

You admitted in another review that yes your staff yell at children, so maybe worth reading your own replies before writing lies.

I came in a great mood as this was a joyous occasion and your staff and now you did everything to ruin it for me. And please do not lie, you never called me back and yes my email to you was delivered!

I was hoping not to write a review and speak to the owner but apparently she only replies to reviews and chose to ignore my email…

I called kidswonder hoping to speak to the owner , but was told that she will be in and out all of this week and best way to connect is through e-mail.

I want to start of by saying how much we have loved kidswonder throughout the years. We have celebrated our daughter's birthday there and had the best experience as well as have been to many parties and just played there. When it was time to book my son's 1st birthday it was a no brainer that we will do it at Kidswonder. I was so excited and was willing to pay the extra money to have the place reserved just for us. I invited many other families and could not stop saying how wonderful the place was. A couple of my friends wanted to book as well for their upcoming celebrations.

Unfortunately, the party was a total disaster. Your staff were so rude and ruined my son's special day. I have never been to such a terrible party. The staff were yelling at children telling them to get away and were honestly abusive. They were demanding that we sit down at 5:30 when many guests had not even arrived as well as some food that we needed to accommodate some dietary restrictions. I explained this to your staff and they said well do whatever but come 6:15 I am kicking people off the tables. They were putting so much pressure and unnecessary stress on me that I was in tears half of my son's party. My guests were horrified at how we were treated., When we finally set down your staff were no where to be found and we did everything ourselves. As I was told I was not allowed to cut the cake due to liability so your staff did. She did a horrible job and my cake that was $250 was destroyed. The two staff members kept rolling their eyes on us and just being extremely difficult. I expect a much better service at a child's play place, and for the amount you charge. All they wanted to do was go home and be done and showed this to us in every way possible. My guests were still eating when your staff started literally ripping out table cloths from under their plates and sweeping and hitting people's feet with the broom, I understand that you are limited to 75 min table time but we were not allowed in till 5:10 due to other party leaving later and why couldn't the time start at 5:30 so we had till 6:45 to sit and enjoy ourselves? The staff began turning lights on and off at 6:45 to hurry us out of the door even though I booked and paid for party till 7.

My friends who wanted to book with you said they will never return and I honestly feel the same way. My child's special day was ruined due to the terrible staff that were supposed to make this a wonderful experience.

I am a small business owner myself and know what it means to work with staff and how they can impact your reputation. I did not want to write negative reviews and give my honest feed back before speaking with you first. I am not asking for anything, the money is paid (and honestly wasted ) and the day is done (and destroyed) I hope that this feedback will help another family avoid this terrible experience and hopefully help you with staff training and client retention. I was a repeat customer and now I am so disappointed. I paid almost $1000 to be yelled at, abused, and tormented by the people you have...

First and foremost, I want to express my appreciation for the fantastic facility and concept of Kids Wonder; my son absolutely adores this place. However, I must address the unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality displayed by the staff towards my family and friends during my son's birthday party. While we had previously visited without any major issues, our experience with the staff during the party was quite disappointing. Allow me to elaborate. I strongly advise against booking a private party or any event at this venue; it would be better to simply bring your child here to play. The rules imposed for private parties were utterly outrageous. We were prohibited from opening gifts, having goodie bags at the tables, and even bringing a picture frame with photos of my son to display. Astonishingly, we were required to pay an additional fee if we wanted the staff to merely cut the cake we brought. The restrictions were truly absurd. Moreover, the party was conducted on an excessively rigid schedule, which prevented us from sitting back, relaxing, and truly enjoying the celebration. Staff members repeatedly approached our table, reminding us every 10 minutes that we needed to vacate the area by 4:15 pm. To exacerbate matters, one staff member even suggested that a guest set a timer to ensure we adhered to their strict timeline. The two managers in charge displayed an unwelcoming demeanor towards myself and my guests, causing two families to leave prematurely due to their discomfort. Additionally, despite the fact that the contract explicitly allowed outside food, one of the managers openly mocked me behind the counter, questioning whether I expected them to set out the additional food I had brought. This behavior was entirely uncalled for, as I had followed the agreed-upon terms. When I confronted her about it, she denied any problem. Lastly, as we were required to vacate the tables at 4:15 pm, the staff indiscriminately discarded everything on them, including the custom-made cookies I had spent over $120 on. Their repeated reminders about the time constraints conveyed a clear message that they wanted our party to end promptly and make way for the next one. This experience left us feeling deeply disheartened and unwelcome. The staff seemed disinterested and eager to conclude our celebration, disregarding any semblance of customer service. While rules and policies should be enforced, there is a way to do so with tact and respect, a lesson that the managers and staff present at my son's birthday party sorely need. Needless to say, we will never book another party at this...

First off, staff is amazing. They clearly love kids, are wonderful at interacting with everyone, and work very hard to keep this place clean. My toddler had the most fun time ever here. The only minor improvement I could see with the layout would be if kids were blocked off from the non-play areas (lunch tables, snack bar, restrooms, employee areas). My toddler wants to explore every corner of this place and so I'm constantly having to steer back away from these areas. Overall an absolutely fantastic and fun experience and my toddler often asks to go back. It's a great environment to play, explore, and get exercise running around. Kids this age don't like to share, but there is so much to do and more than one of most items, so redirecting is not difficult. I really like that the fire truck and bus each have two steering wheels, so two kids can play simultaneously without getting jealous. Little things like that make a big difference. Clearly a lot of thought went into making this place.

Really the only thing that would make it a lot better (for the rest of us) is if they truly made the sick people stay home. Every day I've been, someone is coughing NONSTOP (usually a child and often also their parent) and we caught a very nasty cold on our second visit. To add insult to injury, we are then forced to stay home on days we've paid for play (since we bought a membership). I understand it's hard to alienate and police irresponsible customers, but I really wish they would enforce the policy better. Too bad people can't just be decent and stay home when they're sick! On my last visit, one child was so sick, there was never a gap of more than 7 seconds or so between his coughing fits. I almost left immediately upon arriving because the nonstop coughing was apparent before I could even check in, but it would have really unfairly disappointed my kid. It is really unfair to everyone else - please keep your sick kids at home, and KW, please enforce your policy when selfish people like this show up.

I have made my peace with the new reservation policy Due in large part to the issue with sick kids, I wouldn't want to be there when it's...
