Definitely come for the sushi, but their kitchen dishes aren't the best. Since it's a sushi place, I don't mind this. Just want to point it out for non-sushi eaters in case they were looking for good cooked foods. Teriyaki chicken was definitely very dry, and their sauce runs on the very sweet side.

Their raw fish, however, is so good. You can taste the freshness and the two times we've been here and gotten their sushi/sashimi, none of it tasted fishy at all or anything but fresh. I really enjoy the raw scallops, salmon, yellowtail, and sweet shrimp. My sister is a tuna fan, and you can seldom go wrong there. Slices are thick and for the cost, perfect.

Hopefully this next part doesn't trigger anyone, but we really haven't liked any of their rolls (have tried about 8 kinds total, maybe 10?). It's sort of a trap for white people, just make everything spicy and with sauce to mask any unwanted flavors. While I do not fault restaurants for using this trick to make use of their older fish or leftover small pieces, I definitely don't think it is worth the money. Also because you do just fill up on a lot of rice. And sauce.

All in all, if you love fresh fish and live in the area + don't want to deal with the hassle of parking around Sushi Den and for a quieter atmosphere, please give this place a try! The servers and everyone here...

I live nearby this restaurant and I was so excited to find that the food is incredible! Much better than any other sushi restaurant in the area. Tonight, I ordered to go on my way home and when I got there it was super busy so I had to wait for my food. While I was waiting at the bar, the staff presented me with a special plate of fried salmon and cucumbers to make up for the wait, and it was so delicious! I asked for a cup of green tea to go, and since they didn’t have to-go cups for hot beverages, they gave me a cup while I waited (and enjoyed the beautiful fried salmon they gave me!), and also gave me a few loose tea leaves to make when I got home.

I’ve ordered takeout from Taku several times and it is always scrumptious and perfectly prepared - tonight’s meal was no exception. The way that the staff made me feel special, even when I had to wait for the meal I ordered was a great experience.

I’m so happy to have found my favorite new sushi spot! Thanks,...

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Michael and Randy during my visit to Taku Sushi, and I can’t say enough good things about his exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for a great dining experience.

Michael was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He took the time to answer our questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his upbeat energy made the whole experience feel even more special.

It’s clear that Michael and Randy takes pride in what he doe he made us feel truly valued as customers. Taku Sushi is lucky to have someone like him on their team. We’ll definitely be back, not only for the amazing food but because of the top-tier service Michael provided....

Taku Sushi in Centennial, Colorado, is a cozy spot worth checking out if you're into sushi and desserts. Their vegetarian sushi rolls are fresh and flavorful, with a nice variety that even non-vegans can enjoy. The combinations are creative, and they don’t skimp on the quality of ingredients. For dessert, their mochi is a fun treat—soft, chewy, and comes in different flavors that are light yet satisfying. If you’re craving something rich, the triple chocolate mousse dessert is a showstopper. It’s creamy, indulgent, and perfect for anyone who loves chocolate. The vibe at Taku Sushi is laid-back with friendly staff who make the experience even better. Whether you're there for a quick bite or a full meal, it's a great spot for sushi and sweet endings.

This place is a gem! We have been here twice and we have not been disappointed. The fish is the best fish we have had here in all of Colorado. It is nope notch. They are very generous with their portions. A lot of other places you go to when ordering a sashimi platter you only get about two to three pieces, not here! You get 4 pieces of each fish! Their rolls are huge and delicious. Ithe food alone is worth going. The service is always great as well, they are extremely friendly which is rare to find in a sushi joint. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner but whatever, doesn't impact us going here. It is literally the best sushi place in Colorado.
