The Grove — Local services in Center Line

Update 12/13/24: This place is always amazing, love the energy and atmosphere every time. Now that I've remembered some names, just wanted to give a shout out to Amina and Melina today for help with my pickup! 😁 Also a shout out to Patrick and Payton for helping me with previous pickups as well!

I've been coming to this dispensary for a little while now, and I have to say that this place is fantastic! It's very inviting and the atmosphere that the staff help to provide is super friendly and accommodating.

They have a fairly extensive array of products, and at fairly reasonable prices as well. The fact that they also provide discounts for active UAW members is a plus.

The deals and sales they have going from time to time are amazing opportunities to get a bit more for your budget. And to top it off, they even have a nifty little punch card system.

I will say though, that you may have to give these guys a bit of grace and patience. Sometimes wait times can be a bit long.

However, despite the wait times, I find it very much worth the trip. All that, combined with the super friendly staff, is what keeps me coming back. You guys are great and keep it up!

My review: Can get some good deals if you keep a watch out for them. 😃 I got a great "black friday" deal.

The staff are nice and very friendly.

I like the roominess and atmosphere of the lobby, backroom, and parking. I also enjoy the free beverage.

I like how the buds are in a clear container so you can see & smell the buds, which I prefer to prepackaged.

On my last visit, I made a few errors.

Bud container: I did not ask for a better bud container. The container was 1/4 full, so I received a bit of crumbs and fewer buds. I did ask for a different bud container on the next one, which was also 1/4 full. The budtender happily retrieved a fuller container.

The other error was me not checking the flavor of a gummy package. (A first-time buyer.) She gave me watermelon, which I dislike. She did show me the package but didn't ask me what flavor I wanted. (I didn't notice the flavor when she showed me the package. 😒)

Staff was super friendly and helpful but their policies really confuse me. I am 19 and have been buying medical marijuana for a year for fibromyalgia. Never once have I not been allowed back to see the product. They told me because I was “underaged” (I have a med card with no care giver) I was not allowed to enter the back to see my options, which ended up being one single strain. So I had to sit in the waiting room in the front and have a staff member help me from there. I just have never been to a dispensary that wouldn’t let me enter the back. Why can I buy and smoke it but can’t see the product. Makes no sense. I was told it was a law that Michigan passed but I can’t find anything about it being a law or even a policy on a government website or even on the grove’s website. On top of that, they have a very limited medical section… I had the option of one strain of flower and a couple edibles(which do nothing for me) and carts. Very sad to see rec taking over the scene… Staff was super helpful tho and recommended I use weed maps so thank...
