WINGS PLUS A Whole Lot More — Restaurant in Birmingham

Never have i ever been more impressed i arrived one hour before close after 10 pm on a week day, I thought i died a went to chick fil a heaven for wings, NO WONDER THE LIME WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING, I ASSURE YOU DON'T FEAR YOU WILL SOON BE IMPRESSED AND OUT OF THERE FAST!

He took my order window side... seriously a wing spot cared enough and feels safe enough to stand out side and place my order and i was even ask if we wanted to pay with cash or card, paid by card and got a receipt i bet he had a menu in his back pocket just in case you needed to see it and knows the menu by heart.... 5mins and 10 cars later i saw the most beautiful arrangement of wings... yes its an up charge of a mear .50 but the facts are they were cooked sauced hot (like the perfect heat) and throughly sprinkled with lemon pepper, i didn't feel cheated l, I was amazed to say the least. Kudos! I've been trying every and i mean every wing from almost every place that dares sell them and I've never been more satisfied OH AND LAST THING THEY ARE REHEATABLE YES LORD! K BYE. AND TO WP THANK YOU! YOU'VE MADE THE EAST SIDE A BETTER PLACE. IM STOPPING BY EVERY TIME...

They messed up my order so I called them the same day and was told to come back the next day to replace my order. The next day Carlos wanted to tell me what I ordered when I didn’t sounds like he don’t understand English. Then he told me I will only get the chicken. I stated you guys messed up my order not me. So, he did replace my order but with a nasty attitude. I attempted to talk to him afterwards but he closed the window in my face. Now, I could have acted ignorant and went off but I didn’t. I called them after I drove off and spoke with Carlos. I explained I did not appreciate his attitude because he got my order wrong. I told him I could have matched his energy but I didn’t. There was no need for me to act ignorant but I will NEVER spend my money there ever again. I can go other places and receive great customer service but I will not be mistreated and...

My Philly cheese steak was awfully greasy and BURNT. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I was asked to pull to a parking spot in a parking lot full of potholes. Let's not mention the guy walking to cars taking orders so the kitchen can get started on your order... what is the whole point of that just to get to the window sit there 5 more minutes and then some rude Hispanic lady at the window ask me to move to a parking spot. I refused. I should have knew something was not right when I saw a sign in the window that says they charge extra if you ask for no ice in your drink. 😩 My Mr pibb taste like...
