The food at this store is usually okay but the service here is subpar at best. I have eaten here at least three times in the last month while working on this side of town and every time I go I either have to wait 15 minutes inside or at the Drive-thru to get my food and it's not because there is 15 cars in front of me. Every time I leave there is always something missing whether it is a food item, condiments, utensils, napkins, or receipts it doesn't matter. Something is always missing. I asked the girl at the drive-thru for sauces today even though I ordered them with my meal and they were one the screen. I didn't think to remind her that a Mexican pizza probably needs utensils and napkins. So after getting all the way back to work I had to leave and go back to the store. The staff seems to spend more time talking to themselves than working at a rate that is effective. I have voiced my concerns to the staff before and they have always looked at me like I was crazy. If you want #TacoBell go there that's fine. If you want #speedyservice or #goodservice I would advise you skip this store until they decide to stop standing around talking to themselves. Coming from someone who worked in food-service for years this store needs...
Read moreMy tacos arrived to me somewhat lukewarm but done, but without any of the sauces I requested. It was a bit disappointing. I'm not one to complain or throw away food, so I bit into the first taco that was devoid of tomato, as I don't care for the textural taco experience, and was greeted by a delightful blow of beef and iceberg lettuce. I immediately think the chef meant for me to experience this lonesome bite of spongy beef and lettuce. The juxtaposed textures, I thought "okay, take me on your no sauce ride", but then I had the second bite and was greeted with a whispered crunch of nearly fresh iceberg lettuce by itself, in complete purity, taco, and iceberg. I have never contemplated the difference in the subtlety between icebergs vaguely vegetal flavors along with your corn tortillas. I experienced that til the very end. On those last three bites of taco, I saw some sour cream drip from the end onto my desk...I was taken back as I remembered this had been a supreme taco, my heartbeat quickened, and I realized that maybe "I wasn't working hard enough for this taco". Those last few bites were explosions of beef, lettuce, a tiny bit of cheese, and loads of cream. Thanks for the flavor experience , 5...
Read moreI went to this Taco Bell last night to order food, after waiting so long in drive thru, got the order and drove off. Get almost home only to open the bag and find a roach crawling on my food. I turned back around and went back to the store in the lobby to take the bag back. Told the dude at front register with ponytail about it and he starts being rude, saying they don't have roaches, I dumped the bag on the counter and the roach fell out, then he says that's a house roach, while continuing to be rude and disrespectful, as well as the other employees on duty, no manager present at all to address the issue and to control the staff. If there was a manager there, they didn't make themselves known at all. After getting my money back, he walked outside behind up threatening to beat our a** and calling us some sissies. (Very professional huh...when you could have just said I apologize for that roach, let us remake your food, or give you a refund, even tho I would not have wanted anything else from there after seeing that one roach) No professionalism, unsanitary, rude and...
