This location uses a lot of it's customers. They only offer the lowest quality of phones & messes up phone plans. How do I know this? I worked at another Metro location where all of their customers from this store would come to my store complaining about something this location did. For instance, I had a couple who were on the 2 for $80 unlimited plan ($40/person). However, the woman was running out of data and didn't understand why. Turns out her boyfriend was on a $50 plan while she was on the $30 plan. I easily corrected this issue.
On the other hand, this location only offered the low quality phones to their customers (ie: Coolpad) and ever offered the better phones (Aristo, LG's, etc). This would lead them to complain about their phones to us. Overall, this store offers bad deals and phones to its customers hence these bad reviews. I'd give this place no star if I could. Oh and one more thing. I even went in this store as a regular customer to see for myself & my customers were not lying. They tried to sell me a bad deal and they weren't friendly at all.

While I'm speaking he interrupted me numerous times and I had a couple of questions as to why all of a sudden my phone was running very slow , in which I have the Samsung chrome cellphone and it froze up on me and nobody else uses my cell phone except me, and the whole time it was like it was keeping him from making a sale or something, and I explained that I have insurance on my phone. Well, ended up having to purchase the same identical phone at retail price and two weeks later I go in an low and behold the same guy was working. The store hand maybe 6-8 customers and I ask him what was the reason for my phone running slow and so I downloaded an app a few days prior and he simply tosses my cell phone on the counter top and began sneakering saying that I have a virus. And other people who heard turned around and began looking at me up and down and i was so embarrassed that I just left the store. Now I can NEVER get someone to answer the stores number and the voice mailbox is STILL FULL! About to change providers....
Read moreSo I've been a metro customer a long time and I've been to several stores and I have to say out of all stores this one has the best service ever I've met one of the employees there and they where able to fix my problem and give me and awesome deal on a phone an I of course took that deal and it came in a bundle so not only didiwalk out with a new phone but I also got a case and screen protector for a very good discount and I love the atmosphere here as well I would say if you want a service that's budget friendly I'd definitely go to metro because before a was with metro I was with cricket and metro is by far the best I've seen.NOTICE:The hours did change...
