Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I ordered Honey barbeque wings, they gave me honey mustard. When I checked my order ( in the car), I called them. They said they would remake the wings but I had to bring the wrong ones back to the window and wait another 10 mins. I asked if I could keep them for my son and They insisted that I bring the wings back in to be thrown away. I then asked the manager for a discount for my wait, they said no, you must wait until we make them again. I returned the entire order and got my money back! No common courtesy! Girl on the speaker was very rude from the moment I placed my order. She was talking to others in the background while I was placing my order. Never repeated the order back to me or said my total. I got my bag and pulled off then decided to check it. My food was completely wrong. When I returned I explained my order was wrong but before I could finish the girl was talking all over me and replied “first of all what was your ticket number” I got to the window no one said anything to me. Terrible service!! Received my order with the lids not properly closed or package. It resulted in my food wasting out in the bag. When called to complain, I was getting the run around. So I headed back up there to the store and only talked to a worker. The owner would not even come talk to me face to face. Only saying that they are not responsible for the food once the customer has it. I understand if a refund could not be done. Replace food that was not properly packaged. Now I’m out...
