I went to go get my phone fixed but it was beyond repair. So the guy give me the phone that I didn’t asked for and the phone was acting up and I haven’t had it in a week. Mind you I had paid $250 for it so it should be decent. I called him bc the phone wasn’t charging and had asked if I could get another one or a refund. He was talking over me and getting frustrated , not making the situation better. I had to go to somebody else to fix the phone. I wouldn’t buy phones from them. Very sketchy and unprofessional. And if you are a women, please bring a male with you, bc you not gonna get your point across without them trying to talk over...

I had a great experience with this company! They did an excellent job replacing the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max and also fixed the flashlight, which wasn't working properly.
