Had an extremely bad experience with the rental place and there workers!!- Everything was great at first until I received my furniture and noticed there was Bed Bugs in and on my matress and the inside seems of my couch was then asked to "provide proof" as I did and absolutely nothing was done about it havebeen working ever since to get every last one out of my home told a couple friends about my experience and not to suprise there experience was exactly the same as mine!!! Absolutely no remorse or apology no customer service skills no anything just every excuse in the world to turn the blame away from them never had them before just moved in got the furniture then I started noticing a few!!! A very expensive pest problem and Nerve racking without any type of compinsation or explanations!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO SPEND 100$$ TO GET RID OF BUGS AFTER YOU RECEIVE...

Our refrigerator broke at home and we needed a replacement fast, to save as much food as possible. I had never rented an appliance before, but I called American Rental and they actually filled the paperwork out for me over the phone as I drove to the store to sign. When I got there, I was able to quickly choose a fridge. The staff were amazingly helpful and I was out the door and headed home in no time. The showroom is very nice and I liked the guys I spoke with.

2.5 hours later, the delivery guys showed up at exactly the time they said they would, exactly on the minute. I’ve never had that happen before. They had the fridge in place and working in less than 10 minutes. I can’t imagine any way our experience could have been better! Thank you...

So far so good! I just rented a frig. I haven’t gotten it delivered yet. It is scheduled for tomorrow. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but the lady helping me at the desk a couple days ago was THE sweetest and nicest you could ask for. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when picking it out. Answered all the questions I had. I hated to have to rent an appliance rather than buy one but she made the process easy and as pleasant as it could be. I appreciate her very much. I have already referred friends and family to go to American Rental if they are in immediate need for furniture or appliances. I will update after I have the frig...
