Burger King — Restaurant in Center Township

If I could post the pictures not the food I would. Awful food at this location is becoming a regular thing. My $45 in breakfast this morning was all so over cooked it wasn't edible. The dog wouldn't even take a second look at the food that was given to us. Calling and speaking to a professional mature manager is also very rare at this location. They assume I was calling to get free food or even my money back. That wasn't the case, I was calling to give them a heads up that the food that was ordered and given was not edible and should fix that so the next person doesn't waste their money. The manager I spoke to was Sierra who seemed to want to help but didn't quite understand that I wasn't calling for a refund nor free food. Calling the store and complaining gets you nothing but angry, disrespectful employees when asking for a simple answer. This was the worst experience. We typically love Burger King but not this time. First our drive thru cashier (Bershay) walked away from us twice and closed the window while we were asking about the drinks, which we got almost 5 mins after our food. Btw no customers inside or in line outside. The cashier just away from us and another woman started helping us. We had to ask twice for a receipt. We took our food home and things got worse. The triple whopper was suppose to have heavy mayo and was dry and missing veggies. The whopper had mold on the bottom of the bun and the onion rings were so old they were inedible. Called and spoke to manager who gave me the owner’s info which was incorrect and couldn’t give me the contact info for the general manager. Garbage. Waited 15 minutes to order inside when i was the only customer on line. They ran out of burgers. Mind you this is a Burger King at 130 in the afternoon on a Saturday. 4 menu items later I finally guessed one that they had the ingredients for. Except they had to substitute the Swiss cheese on their Bacon Swiss Royal Crispy with American cheese instead. Soda machine must've been down because the cashier asked what I wanted to drink with my meal and I kinda looked over at the soda machine and said just a fountain drink. But she said they had to get it from behind the counter. Then they gave me my food and no drink. And she didn't seem too apologetic when I told her I still needed a drink.
