Iāve been held out giving this location a poor service rating since it opened because I love Forehouse Subs. But specifically the past 4 times for lunch in the last 6 month window this location has only had 2 employees working and serve a poor experience. Soups have always been a little under room temp, subs have been pretty good. The service on the other hand is very lacking. Poor attitudes, not welcoming, very slow to begin taking our orders. Today though (1/4/24 at 11:20am) was the last straw. I walked in to one customer eating, one employee taking care of window operations with one vehicle in drive-through, she seen my wife and I walk in, and one employee in the back of the store that I couldnāt see but could hear and did not get served after waiting 7 minutes to have our order taken.
