Firehouse Subs Lawrenceburg — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

I’ve been held out giving this location a poor service rating since it opened because I love Forehouse Subs. But specifically the past 4 times for lunch in the last 6 month window this location has only had 2 employees working and serve a poor experience. Soups have always been a little under room temp, subs have been pretty good. The service on the other hand is very lacking. Poor attitudes, not welcoming, very slow to begin taking our orders. Today though (1/4/24 at 11:20am) was the last straw. I walked in to one customer eating, one employee taking care of window operations with one vehicle in drive-through, she seen my wife and I walk in, and one employee in the back of the store that I couldn’t see but could hear and did not get served after waiting 7 minutes to have our order taken. Great big sign covering the entire front window made it appear as if they were closed. Couldn't order using the app for some technical reason that happens all the time. I walked in and the kid at the register must've been new because he kept asking for help from the supervisor, and he still got the order wrong. Good thing a new Penn Station is opening...

Customer service here is below average, especially in the drive thru and they keep upsizing my drinks without asking or verifying that's what I want. It's a shame, I live next door to this location but I'd rather drive to Hebron because the service in Hebron is just DRASTICALLY better and I get exactly what I ask for compared to the...
