Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

If you’re craving chipotle I HIGHLY suggest taking the time to drive to Harrison or Hebron because the Aurora location is horrible. Every experience is bad. They’re always out of something. If they aren’t out of something, chances are they’ll just straight up forget to put it on your bowl or in your bag. The employees have a terrible attitude. I was once informed they were only accepting online orders and the cashier became aggressively upset/started slamming pans when I ordered online and waited for my food….how does it make sense to be open and only accepting online orders but then get mad when I put the order in? I understand things happen beyond the crew’s control but it would be more understandable if they were at least polite about it.

I’m only writing the review because I’m tired of letting chipotle know how bad this location is-they don’t do anything or care; they give you free food or coupons but it doesn’t really solve the issue unless you go to another location. I don't usually write reviews or go out of my way to Say anything negative about a restaurant. I have been going to the Chipotle at least once a week for the last 2 months. Every week that I go it seems like it gets worse and worse. Always out of something sometimes up to 3 or 4. Today I went in and the back looked like A-war zone. More than a usual restaurant should. They had new girls working in the front which was great to see, But the blonde or the manager whoever it was was hounding that poor girl. Yelled at her for taking guac from the to go station, to put on the restaurant station. I was next in line asked her for some guacamole and told me I couldn't have any even though she just took a full Pan away from that girl. I almost left and didn't buy my food. Asked if I could just order guacamole online since I can clearly see they have some and basically told me no. I only felt neg about receving a smaller bag of chips , that where not as warm and less salty . Due to medical issues , I cannot eat foods made with alot of hot spices . They use to have stake , that was great , I could order the meat with level of hotness.

it is not possible now . Espically if they do not separate grill . Or maybe they made an exception with me . A few Employs, who handle food , would wear their mask , below the nose🤔 , as if they do not understand the concept , we also breath through the nose. This was during the mask mandates . Since Indiana dose not take many percautions , we do not eat out very much . The vaccines do help , however not a cure all , and dose not only apply to the elderly or immuncompromised .
