Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg Township

I have never been turned down extra hot sauce but I was this evening when I ask for hot and fire and got 6 taco and only 5 mild sauce that I didn’t ask for and when I asked if I could get extra fire she handed me 2 hot and said that all I can give you omg I was outraged when I didn’t get the kind I asked for and then politely asked for extra and was given just two more and still the wrong kind I thought it was a joke but found out it was not and I just spent my last few $ on something I couldn’t eat the way I wanted it lol if I would have went inside I could of had as much as I wanted and that’s just not fair as I sat in disbelief and outrage at what just happened I recalled a while back when sitting inside a customer having trouble with the same place that they didn’t have enough sauce and wanted their money back Is it true only 1 sauce per item or is someone having a bad day surly this is not true and if it is I bet they loose a lot of customers because I won’t go back to Aurora Taco Bell again unless I find out this is not true and they should give me my tacos and hot sauce paid for and an apology from someone Sorry so...

Complete and utter garbage I guess it’s a sign of the times that we’re out of the pandemic air because Taco Bell is back to dissatisfying and letting you back down again with her disgusting trash that they tried to push off as food there is nothing more that pisses me off, and then to be out and about And then pick some food up bring it back to your house to discover that it is completely disgusting old. I don’t know what the hell y’all even did to your freaking chips, but they taste like garbage in and leave a foul taste in your mouth this new grilled cheese whatever the hell you wanna call it was disgusting. Take a picture of it you’ll see , what is wrong with this place? They seriously wanna charge you an arm and a leg I would much rather eat out of your freaking dumpster. Absolutely bad, they are only open 9 to 9. Not enough help, drive closed at times and dinning room closed at times. Always out of stuff.... Guacamole, cups, lids, sauces, always out of Mt.Dew, customers are fed up. Asked for general manager .... I was told he was at the greendale location. So I went there, they told me he was at the Aurora store. He was nowhere.... they must pay this guy to sit at home, when I did see him he was in shorts and flip flops, what a joke. He certainly isn't doing his job!!! He is even making the district manager look bad. Anyway, this place sucks!!! The the poor workers are constantly getting screamed and cussed at due to the lack of a general and district manager. This store has been like this for over 3 months.....what a disgrace.
