KFC — Restaurant in Centerville

I placed online order and something happened while I was ordering and my order went to the Centerville iowa store while I'm in Davenport 37.$ I tried to call the store busy signal is all that was what I got my order is probably still sitting there payed for and can't reach them to redirect my order being a Saturday evening no 1 is answering the main number for KFC however I drove to the nearest KFC in Davenport and I spoke with the manager he tried to do all he could to help me but he had no results either for anyone to answer either the main can see number nor the Centerville Iowa number as I could not send word of my whereabouts or the problem with the order so I will be dealing with that issue and asking for I have ordered from there before and they are not bad their food service is good the atmosphere is good Centerville is good all together the problem is you cannot contact that store for any reason that is a serious issue and should be fixed hopefully the right person will get this message because the only way that I can't seem to get in touch with anybody might be able to help me recover my money back as it has not only cost me just for that one big order but I had to buy my dinner I am not here for in Davenport for pleasure my mother is in the hospital and that did not help any of my matters I would appreciate a quick...

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a famous bowl. Asked if I could also purchase a small container of extra gravy, as I like alot of gravy on my potatoes. Person taking my order hesitated and then said ok. When I get home and set down to eat,and open my sack, instead of having a small container of extra gravy, I have another container of mashed potatoes with a little dab of gravy on it. Called the store and told them and got the old stand-by "sorry about that". Then remove the lid from the bowl and there is a big mound of potatoes with a very tiny amount of gravy on the edge. And I do mean a tiny amount. Ate the 5 nuggets of chicken and 2 bites of mashed potatoes with corn. Went to the trash and tossed it. I will once again take this place off my list of eating options. First trip back since 2 months ago when I went there on a Sunday evening at 610, and ordered mac and cheese. I was told that they were out and it would be 40 minutes before they had more made and ready. Can't believe that this store is still open by...

Drove half an hour to order food and wouldn’t you know it they don’t have what you want because they must be spankin their puds instead of making sure they have product available, so my son waited for35 minutes to get a 16 piece leg and thigh meal. Now mind you they said they had breast and some thighs already but no legs and he waited to get what we wanted. So finally after all that waiting my son drove the half hour back home to find out these completely inept people gave him breasts and wings along with 5 mashed potatoes and 2 gravies. Really? Do you people understand English? Did you make it past kindergarten? What about legs and theighs eluded you? And you could have at least gave us the same amount of gravies as you did potato’s.
