if you want to deal with incompetent people go here, went to get a tv stopped looked at one told them i was going home to get my truck to pick it up got back to the store to pick it up and was told they have to deliver it, fine, the deliver a Samsung tv and bring an lg remote, they deliver the tv and call and say they have the remote, drive over to the store a third time to get told they are looking for the remote, then they cant find it, give me a remote from another Samsung tv and say that is the remote, get home remote only turns tv on and off, took 5 minutes to look up the correct remote and sent them a picture of it. Why could they not do that, these are supposed to professional people that do this all the time why would they bring a Samsung tv with an lg remote For the hassles the said they would give me a free week then I get a notification they are charging me for the week that is supposed to be free. Called and spoke to Blain he said he could see where the problem was and get it fixed. I called back to make sure it was done and Blain said he is not sure he passed it up the chain, Called back the next day and spoke to John he said the same thing he would pass it up the chain when I asked why he could not do his job and follow threw with fixing the issue was hung up on, called back a few times and call was ignored. I have rent items from here for a few years and have just about always delt with people who did not completely do there job but this was ridiculous. Attempted to reach Josh but did not get a return phone call since this I had them come get the tv and will be done dealing with the location. The incompetence of these people is off the chart. I agreed to payments online and put a down payment down. Store reached out to me and wanted to make a big deal about a Saturday delivery and also asked how much I wanted to invest into the couch but couldn't tell me what they meant by that. I told them cancel the order and requested my deposit back. RAC corporate said I'd have the deposit back in 7 days as well email me the cancelation, as of now no one is answering my call and I still don't have my deposit and it's been 7 days. I have been to Rent a Center several times over the years and they have good quality furniture and Appliance and Computer and phones TV's and washers and dryers, I even seen a tiny dirt bike in the window as well but I like to go and look around and see what the new style of things are going to be and see if I am interested in getting something, the staff is all very kind and helpful and make you feel welcome anytime you go.
