Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Centralia

I live an hour from Centralia and its the closest cricket store near me. I called them a week ago to order a phone and told them i would come pick up. I have called them asking about it almost all week. AJ told me on the phone Wednesday no later then Friday, well I was in the area Friday hoping that my phone would be there and the manager said she has not seen it but also doesnt work every day. Okay understandable BUT she also said it may have came in and the other workers could've already sold it. Hello!!! On June the 14 th my husband and I arrived at the store. We was trying to figure out what phone we wanted and the guy was like I only have 15 min before I have to close and the alarm will go off if we are in here any later than 7:00pm. He proceeds to say one price for a phone then he changed the Price of it again. I told him I need a phone that is fast cause I have to use it for work and he was like well this one runs slow and then says we'll it should run fast. He did not act like he wanted to help anyone at all just worried to get out of the store. I've been in that store before after 7:00pm and the alarm has never went off before. Needless to say I will not be returning to that store again. Oh did I mention that he said for no extra charge for a case and charger and that it came with it and was charged for it. Trash I spent all day in here yesterday and they couldn't help us get figured out then I come back the next day and the manager Brandi promised the last I phone to someone else and we couldn't buy it this place is very unprofessional don't not recommend at all they don't know what they are doing and they are not very professional at all they have nothing in stock and the lady amber told us it would be less than 80 and then tell us that it's gonna be 200 a month I'm switching to another company I'm done with cricket they are not helpful and they lie plus Brandi the manager is super rude I do not recommend go to Verizon or straight talk also this place is very dirty shouldn't matter but it's just icing on the cake after I spent 2 days trying to do this and we already had an account with them save yourself time and money...
