6/17/25 The lady at the front desk is extremely rude . I have 5 pairs of shoes under warranty. They are now deciding not to honor the warranty's that they had no problem selling me. The lady was as clueless . She could not provide a mangers contact info. She also and I quote" has no idea what the customer service phone number is ". Shoe sensation has decided to change the terms and conditions of the warranty. When the warrants were sold it was a no questions asked exchange. Now this one rude and unknowledgeable lady gets to dictate the terms of warranty. I'll never return just based off the interaction with that woman let alone show sensation not honoring...

I absolutely love this locations shoe sensation. The employees are fantastic and very helpful. Love that and the great deals on shoes I can find. I found several great clearance shoes averaging 25 to 35.00 . They have size 14 and 15 men's also for the guys that have hard times...

Currently in the Centralia store there isn't a very large selection of shoes. If you want Dude shoes they have plenty. If you need heels or pumps or even flats.. . You're going to be disappointed. Prom is right around the corner and no shoes at shoe sensation...
