Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Centralia

When we pulled up to a stall, it took 10 minutes for them to take our order. We had 4 items, a medium strawberry cheesecake shake, a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger, a chicken wrap, and an Oreo sundae. Waited at least 10 minutes more on food and when the server brings it to my car, she brought a chocolate shake. I told her the shake was wrong, she hands me the bag and says it is a garlic bacon. Tells me she will fix the shake and be back. While I am waiting, I discovered the sandwich was also incorrect. I wait another 10 minutes and she never came back, so at this point I pulled around to the drive thru. I let them know what stall I had ordered from and that I had been waiting for the correct shake and found the other issue. I had to correct them twice on what we were supposed to get and they had me pull around. When I get to the window, I see the manager just kicked back in a chair at the desk laughing with the server that was originally supposed to bring the food out. I wouldn't leave a review at all, but this is the second time in a month that we ordered and half or more of our food was incorrect. I didn't bother even correcting it...

Slowest place in the world! I spent 10 minutes at the window waiting for a burrito this morning! There were no other cars there when I pulled up and I still had to wait! This happens so often that today will be my last visit in the mornings. They need to understand that people have jobs that they have to get to. I got there in plenty of time to get my order and get to work and I was almost late! You would think that with all of the money that they apparently had to remodel the building and menus, that they would have set some of it aside and used it for extra help! I could have driven across town to Burger King, placed my order and got my food and made it work with 10 minutes to spare, which is exactly what I will be doing from now on. I hope they didn't spend all of their money on the remodel because they are going to need it to cover all of the customers that they are...

Worst time ever!!!! Order was wrong...they gave me 2 coneys i didnt order and forgot the cheeseburgers i did...ive sat here for almost a hour waiting on the refund of the stuff they have wrong or messd up...the shakes r melted and all the food is now cold and im STILL sitting here waiting

So now after sitting here not one of the 7 employees in there could come tell me anything, i said i want a refund a manager came out rufused a refund because the general manager isnt here, said he would make me hot food, and give me coupons...to come right back out with my money and tell me "here is ur money back, i dont think im gonna be able to get ur food out.. Theres literally 4 cars here and 3...
