I have been a Johnston Jewelers customer for years. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for any kind of jewelry needs! Jeremy is an expert in the field, and I always have the utmost confidence in his abilities to take care of any jewelry projects or jewelry needs I present to him. He has taken delicate, sentimental family jewelry and made it new and wearable again. He designed a pendant for me using stones from family members who have passed on, and he has redone old family jewelry to make it wearable and like new again. Additionally, it is always fun to go in Jeremy’s shop and look for new items as well. He carries nothing but quality merchandise! Jeremy has always helped me take care of things purchased from him or worked on by him, as he happily has provided free cleanings and/or minor repairs to purchases over the years. Major repairs are always reasonably priced as well. He and his crew are always patient, knowledgeable, and helpful when I am in and trying to make any kind of decision on a purchase. I love...

Needed a new battery in my Casio and googled Johnston Jewelers. It was about 50 miles round trip to this store but a nice day for a ride. I first called the store to make sure that they can change the battery. When I got there I was helped right away. I gave the watch to a sales person and she went into the back room and came out and asked if I could come back in an hour where upon I told her that I just drove 25 miles to get here. She then made the effort to get me a new battery which I appreciated. After about 15 minutes another associate (very friendly) came out and presented me with my watch which was now set to the correct date and time and running. I also appreciated this extra step. I had the best shopping experienced with Johnston Jewelers. They took care of me like 👍 a VIP. I had reservations when it comes to buying jewelry online but somehow Johnston Jewelers made me feel at ease and answered my questions in a VERY professional way. They go above and beyond to resolve my minor detail issues and I can’t say enough how thankful/grateful I am that there is still such thing as customer service.
