*UPDATE in response to your reply: You guys messaged me Tuesday evening to let me know that my booking (that was to begin the next morning) would not work. I replied to that message, reminding you all that you had already confirmed my booking several times (I still have the three e-mails confirming the booking). I never heard back from you until the next day, after I had made it to Indianapolis. I had sent you guys messages letting you know that I had to leave for Indianapolis early Wednesday morning. Your message letting me know that you could keep my booking afterall, after I had already made other arrangements and reached my destination, hardly helped. Also, you may have had that time blocked off for 3 months, but I booked it on December 28th, over 3 months prior to this trip. As far as your main communication being through phone, I have NEVER been able to reach you all by phone. **
When you get THREE confirmations from the boarder for your dog's upcoming reservation, and then they message you the evening before the reservation saying they don't know how you were able to book that reservation because they are going to be closed. And then they've ignored my messages since. I am just blown away! Thank God for friends that come in clutch at the last second, or we would be out of luck and out a whole bunch of money that has already been spent on reservations and registrations...

Everyone we spoke to, from the employee who patiently answered all our questions on the phone to the staff member and groomer who met us and took our girl in for her weekend stay, were helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about the animals. The staff took meticulous notes about our dog's diet and her daily medications. While our girl in particular is not much for socializing, they do offer that for their four legged guests, and from the pictures they share on their app, many of the guests really enjoy the daily parties! His nickname from Hannah is Sugar Bear because he is a sweetheart and loves everyone he meets. He just loves being there so much! I really really love the staff and how my baby is treated there.
