I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the conduct of the store manager. From the moment I tried to speak with her, she came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns or allowing me to explain the situation fully, she continually interrupted me, making it extremely difficult to have a productive conversation. It felt as though she wasn’t interested in resolving the issue or even hearing me out.
Her tone was unnecessarily rude, and her body language only added to the discomfort of the interaction. There was no effort to be courteous or respectful, which I found especially troubling coming from someone in a leadership position who should be setting a positive example for the rest of the staff. It’s unfortunate that someone representing the store would treat customers this way.
She had a slim build and distinct brown, very curly hair—just to be clear on who I interacted with.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, and staff—particularly those in managerial roles—should be held accountable when they fail to meet those expectations. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here, but this experience left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. I sincerely hope improvements are made so other customers do not have to endure the...

But then she told me to put in my email, so I did and pressed submit, like she literally asked me to, and she hit me with, “Yeah, maybe don’t do that next time,” in the nastiest tone.
Like, girl… I don’t even have to give you an email! God forbid I thought I was supposed to press the submit button. And it literally takes you two seconds to type it in yourself. Ms. Girl seriously needs a better love life or something to fix that miserable energy she’s...
Read moreI went to pick up my jeans tired after my serving job they gave out my jeans, my order to the wrong person. Thank god they had them in stock in the back. When I tried them on they rudely said I have to take them off and get my card from my car which was very far lol. They were dressed in small shirts exposing their whole body and put their hand on their breast area while talking to me. How is that appropriate for work?? Very rude, very uncomfortable I don’t know how these types of people have jobs. The girl had straight long hair and...
