I worked retail for over 10 years so I know it isn't easy, but it also gives me a lot of insight. This was just a horrible experience all around. My husband bought me a push present necklace but the chain would pinch my skin so I came in to exchange for the bracelet. The girl helping me first offered a larger chain, which to me felt like she was implying I had a fat neck. I already said I wanted a bracelet. Offering a larger necklace is not necessary whatsoever other than to up the sale for herself. She then took me to see what my bracelet options were. I let her know I wanted the simple $65 starter bracelet. Instead, she pulls out 3 different styles all $150 and up. Nice try, but I wasn't born yesterday. Since I had credit now, I decided to add on a charm. She found the one I wanted after asking me to describe it. She then informed me that I had $5 left of credit and that they could give me cleaning cloths since they don't give cash back. I don't need any effing cleaning cloths. I asked if I could do store credit, she said no. I then asked for a gift card, to which she replied "we don't normally do this, but I can tell you're in a hurry". Which translates to, "I can tell you're in a bad mood so I'll accommodate you". Honestly, I was in a bad mood, but that wasn't necessary to say. I'm 9 months pregnant and getting sales harassment wasn't on my agenda for the day. Steer clear of this...
Read moreI went into this location yesterday to purchase a bracelet and a charm so service was fast easy and extremely pleasant.
Today I went to exchange it because I realized I actually wanted another bracelet and another charm, the associate greeted and assisted me.
Throughout the process she and I started talking and getting along really well, she and I were talking which for some reason angered the manager. She came over and asked the associate what was going on extremely loud and extremely rude.
The associate explained how she was assisting me, and in front of me the manager started yelling at the associate that the way she was doing things was wrong and not how things were done. I interrupted in that moment and told her that I would do the transaction another way, and magically all of the sudden the policy had changed and actually the associate could do the transaction….
I got the feeling from being there twice that the associates are friendly and helpful but the manager is on a power trip and her attitude is severely hurting the brand name.
I love Pandora and have several bracelets and charms, this Cerritos Pandora is the closest to me but after today I doubt I’ll be going back to this store.
I’d rather drive further out to another Pandora where I don’t have to listen or witness a manager being so blatantly rude and disrespectful...
Read moreThis product has VERY POOR QUALITY! I bought this ring 2 weeks ago and noticed it looked worn already, so I went back into the store I bought it from to return it and they wouldn’t take it back! My reason for returning is because of the poor quality looking worn after just 2 weeks, and they would take it back FOR THE EXACT REASON!!!!! THEY ADMITTED IT LOOK WORN!! Now I’m stuck with a $80 poor quality ring! It is so unacceptable and I probably wouldn’t be writing this review right now if they would take it back. What a bad experience with Pandora, I wouldn’t buy anything else ever again. Update: I had to called the Pandora customer service to get a case going. They did said the store is unable to take return when it’s not under new conditions, and usually HQ will take care of this kind of issue. However, I’m still upset because when I was at the store, they just said they can’t accept the return when they could’ve told to reach out to customer service and provide the number and email! Really not happy with...
