Easily the best tofu I've ever had- who knew I'd get it from a BBQ joint! Also the best slaw, hot sauce and honey mustard sauce I've ever had. No exaggeration whatsoever and for context I've gone to some pretty extreme lengths historically to find the right hot sauce.

I had the pleasure of trying Smokin Earl's BBQ at a food truck event in Warminster park. The customer service was exceptional and the BBQ chicken platter was out of this world. It was super moist and came with fresh coleslaw and a spicy veggie pickle salad. They had many BBQ options as well even though they were very busy the cook explained all the sauces in detail.
