Iām tempted to give them a lower review but their Ice cream is fantastic. The service and their pricing system is an absolute joke and borderline insulting. Lets get into it -
You get 2 scoops regardless of the size you pick. Their prices are already outrageous and the difference between a small and a large is roughly $4. One of the only ice cream places I ever been that a small is the same amount of scoops as a large. But letās pretend that is normal. The amount of ice cream you get has nothing to do with the size you pay for and everything to do with the employee that is scooping your ice cream. You might be thinking this guy is nit-picky or do you need that much ice creamā¦.. Which I would normally agree with you but ā¦ā¦ what they charge for their ice cream is already criminalā¦. It gets old very quickly paying 4 more dollars for a large and the person in front of you ordered a small but are getting double the amount of ice cream I was never going to write a review on this because again the ice cream is good and I choose to go there knowing how outrageous their prices are and how inconsistent they are with their sizingā¦.. until tonight happened. My wife and I and a few friends all went to Owowcow. My friends ordered two small cones and my wife and I both ordered two large ice creams cones (all were only two scoops). Our friends cones were easily double the size as they had a different person serving them their ice cream. We all just laughed as it has become a running joke that you never know what you are going to get when you order at Owowcow. But what really bothered us was when the employee ringing us up saw our ice cream and said ātwo smallsā. Being honest we said āwell they were actually suppose to be two largesā the cashier then proceeds to charge us for two larges after she just acknowledged that they appeared to be smalls. Again this is about an $8 difference and then we tip 20 percent on top. I said well you very clearly can see these are not larges and my friends were still standing there with their two smalls which towered over our two ālargesā. She then said well best I can do is charge you for two mediums thenā¦ā¦Which is fineā¦.. these are young kids just working a summer job I have no problem with that. I paid for my two āmediums ā and was on my way. What is bothersome is the fact that these owners try and promote that they are a local family friendly establishment and that couldnāt be further from the truth. We been to this location probably over a 100 times and have not once seen the owners or even an employee that didnāt look like a high school kid (again no shade to them itās great they are out there working). The owners clearly do nothing to train these employees to ensure their customers are getting a good consistent experience and are too busy sitting at home counting their money laughing at the fact that peopleā¦. Like myselfā¦. Are willing to pay that much for Ice cream. For what you chargeā¦. be betterā¦.. show the slightest bit of effort and at least pretend that you care about your customers. Maybe you should pump the breaks on all your new locations and improve the ones you...

What I love about this place is that they have freshly made organic ice cream in a variety of very unique flavors that change frequently, so you never know what new and tantalizing flavor might be waiting for your tastebuds to savor with each new visit, and the friendly staff members will gladly give you samples to try if you're not sure what to order.
This time around I tried the creamy caramel cashew flavor in a crunchy chocolate dipped waffle cone. It was so decadent and satisfying. I did notice that this ice cream is a little softer and melts faster than typical commercial ice cream, because it isn't loaded with chemical binders and fillers, so just be aware, or you could end up with it streaming down your hand and into your lap!
Another cool thing to know is they have ice cream to go, so you can take your favorite flavor home and binge for days while lounging in your pajamas, and no one will ever have to know.
The last thing worth noting is that this place is expensive. I ordered a large size cone, and it was over $8.00 after taxes were added. It's luxury ice cream at a higher price point, so I am not saying it isn't worth it, but it's worth mentioning for those...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt is very easy to drive by, if you're not familiar with the area. But once you find it, you won't ever forget.
They have a large parking lot, outdoor seating, and also plenty of indoor seating as well.
It tends to get extremely busy during the night hours, so know that going in.
The employees are very hard working, friendly, and courteous.
I have been coming here for years, and I've tried many different flavors, but you can not beat their Espresso and Strawberry! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!
Their ice cream sandwiches are also very good, and might be the best value, but be warned. They are extremely sweet.
All the ingredients they use are organic, and they also have a vegan option for their products.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is a little strong.
For a little cup of ice cream you can grab a meal. So that's the only setback, but if you can afford it, or you want to splurge a little, OH Wow Cow is...
