But knowing this, they offer coupons through Val-Pak, which you get in the mail, as well as other discount websites where you can buy certificates.

They are located on a busy street corner, and the parking lot is very tight, which makes it difficult to come here by car, so I opted to walk here.

They have a few small outdoor tables, which would be great in the fall season.

They have one large table indoors, and a couple small ones.

They have many employees working, and all are very sweet and polite.

The sandwiches are good, but considering the price, they could be a little more generous with the ingredient usage. A little on the bare side.

Today, I got their chocolate chip, cinnamon raisin, and hash brown bagels, with a tub of the Honey Almond cream cheese which was super delicious.

Also a Jalapeño Cream Cheese and Bacon Bagelwich, which wasn't bad, but as I mentioned earlier, maybe some more bacon?

Their bagels have this chewy texture that I love, and I was pleasantly pleased with how good their bagels were. The coffee was delicious as well.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! On numerous occasions I have ordered in person and through drive thru and they completely got the order wrong. Today was the final straw...I had to order thru their app because of the Corona closures and I listed very specific instructions and NONE of them were followed on the sandwiches or bagel selection! My husband drove back to pick up the order of 6 bagels they didn’t include. When he got home, there were just a bunch of random bagels and nothing of what I ordered. I had to drive back a second time in drive through. I asked for refund for those bagels, but asked if they had the 4 cinnamon raisin and 2 sesame I wanted and the window girl said they did. She filled bag with bagels and handed them to me thru window. I checked bag before driving off and order was STILL WRONG! Also, the girl at the window wasn’t wearing any gloves.

This particular location needs to get their act together and get some training. They don’t pay...

The fact that this has happened multiple times is the only reason I am leaving a bad review since it does not seem to be a fluke. We have only tried ordering online and from the Chalfont location. The last time I ordered from here was 10/17/21 and the time before that was months before at the least, so the issue has not been resolved.

For multiple Online orders we have asked for add ons to the breakfast sandwich that never end up on the sandwich, but it is on the receipt. Stapled to the bag the food comes in. If you order a hash brown on a sandwich I have come to expect it will not be on the sandwich. Even ordering a bagel with scallion cream cheese, they put plain cream cheese on it. It is all still edible and not worth driving back out to have it all remade, but seriously disappointing to see the same...
