Horrible, my husband ordered a pendant for me before Christmas. When placing the order he was told it would take 5 days for it to come in. Come 7 days after the order was placed we called and they still didn’t have it. On Christmas Eve I went to pick up the pendant since it finally came in, they put it on the counter and it was a gold pendant instead of Silver. So he then told me that it would take another 5 days for the correct color to come in. We have waited and waited no call from them. I now have called them several times to see if it ever came in and they always tell me “ it will be here in a couple of days” well now it has been over a month since the order was placed. My husband didn’t get to give it to me for Christmas and we are still getting the run around from them. Now they are promising it will be ready on Wednesday.
