I used to come here all the time to fill my prescription. But the last time I went Christine gave me an awful customer service experience. I bought a dab cartridge and when I gently tried to thread it on my battery, it striped the battery. At 1st I assumed responsibility and asked Christine if I could pay her extra to repair that part on the vape so im not out $60. She literally said "not my problem, I didn't cause that, I dont vape i barely even have flower anymore" and even called me by the wrong name in a condescending tone after calling me the right name all this time over the course of a year and told me she had more important customers to help. I tried it on 3 more batteries at home and it striped every single one of them. I went all the way to Albuquerque and worth the drive because there's a small business owner there and she is a licensed dispensary and licensed manufacturer and she identified that the problem with the product I got from the Chama location was there was a manufacturer defect on the threading of the dab vape! I should have known because Christine literally admitted to me that she got a ding for her dispensary carrying non compliant products from the manufacturers and she had to sell them all before they come back from the state to see if she still had them on the shelf. The most annoying part was using "i dont vape" as an excuse. When I used to work for t mobile and cricket wireless do you think I ever shoed away an iPhone customer with a tech question or customer service question and tell them "sorry I dont have an iphone so idk." Even if I witnessed someone drop their phone outside my store and come in asking how much to repair a broken screen i would not be like "well I'm didnt cause that so..." no id be helping them find screen repair for a fair price no matter what. All i know is i will definitely be driving to pagosa or even Albuquerque. And I only recommend that you buy flower from the chama dispensary and no other type of product because Christine is only knowledgeable on flower and can't help you and doesn't know what she is looking at if its any other type of product. Also check the expiration date and labeling of Christines flower as she admits she still has non-compliant products on the shelf she is illegally selling and trying to rid the shelves of before the state comes back for another inspection. Ps the girl in Albuquerque repaired the defective vape cartridge that i got from Christine in Chama which was all I wanted Christine to do in...
