The owner is not a very friendly man at all. However I look at customer service and services provided. I don’t need chatty Kathy but a little conversation is appreciated.
I came in with 2 SMALL shelf clocks. He looked at them and asked what I wanted. I asked for them to be oiled and serviced. He replied, “Well it’s gonna be expensive”. I didn’t ask how much it was gonna be. I replied, “ok”. He then said, “See all these sticky notes here on my desk, these are all grandfather clocks I got to go and pickup and repair.” Again I replied, “ok”. Then he said, “Well it’s going to be next year before you will get them back.”
My filling is that he just wants to work on large clocks and unless you want to wait 6 months? I don’t know but his attitude was definitely not customer oriented and he had no desire to work on my clocks which is fine. I understand this type of work is a speciality with not many...

I was quoted a very reasonable price and the watches were delivered on time and within the quoted price. This shop is now my “go to” store for any timepiece that I may need repaired....
