I absolutely loved my experience here. Utiltimately, I chose a wedding gown I loved at another shop, but I so badly wanted to give my business to this shop instead (do you do alterations for outside dresses?).

Amanda was my consultant and she was absolutely perfect, felt like a friend by the end of my appointment. All of the dresses she picked for me were beautiful and matched the idea of what I was going for. When I told her something about a dress wasn't right for me, she removed dresses with similar features from the line up of dresses to try on and pulled others that were a better match. This was a very different experience than the experience I had at another shop where it felt like nothing I told them was listened to. The veil I thought I wanted just didn't look right, whereas the veil Amanda picked was absolutely stunning and a perfect addition to the dress. I was feeling torn between a dress at this shop and the dress I ultimately chose, so Amanda called the designer to see if they could get a sample of the other dress for me to try them both together (didn't work out, but I was so appreciative of the effort).

We got to look around at their other dresses and even the ones that aren't my style were just so incredibly stunning, like art. The prices were competitive with the shop I ended up buying my dress from, but the service was priceless. I paid for a VIP experience at another shop to make a happy memory with my friends and family, but ended up feeling frumpy and disheartened. This shop made me feel like a princess.

J&B is hands down the best place for all of your wedding attire.

Jackie, Barb, Jim, and everyone at J&B are so incredibly nice and wonderful to work with! Jackie helped me find my dream dress in just one appointment. I had a very complex vision for what I wanted and Jackie absolutely made that a reality when she helped me combine two stunning Morilee dresses! All 6 of my bridesmaids, three junior bridesmaids, my mother, and grandmother all got their dressed from J&B as well and it was amazing! They helps us coordinate colors, styles, and made the shopping experience such a wonderful memory. When the designer of my wedding dress, Madeline Gardner, was coming into the store, it happened to be the same day I had planned to try my gown on for the first time and I got to not only meet Madeline, but she took photos with me in my dress, signed a photo, and we got to do a champaign toast.

My groom, all 5 of his groomsmen, my father, his father, my step dad, and grandfather all got their tuxes at J&B as well and they looked incredible! We had quite a few out of town groomsmen that could not try on their tux until the day before the wedding and Jim gave us her personal cell phone number to call if we needed any different sizes of anything.

I drove 2 hours from Washington, DC to come to J&B Bridals based on the recommendation of my aunt, and I'm so glad I did as this is where I found my dress!!

The appointment setting process was easy and I received a text message from my bridal attendant, Jackie, prior to my appointment date to confirm how many people were coming with me, get my size, budget, and style preferences. Once I arrived, Jackie had already pulled options for me to review based on the Pinterest board I had shared with her. She even pulled one I would have not expected and I am SO glad she did because that ended up being my dress. They had so many beautiful dresses, and ample space to try things on and walk around to see them in different angles and lighting!

Jackie was specially kind throughout the whole process, really making sure every dress I tried on fitted well on my body (even if they were not my size) and added different liners as requested to to help me envision them better if the color was not what I was looking for or something. She never made me feel bad for wanting to try on more options and was so mindful on sharing her opinions until the end to ensure she didn't sway mine! I ended up finding and buying my dress at J&B Bridal, on my first ever bridal dress appointment! I later learned J&B Bridal is a family owned business, and got to meet Barb - one of the owners and Jackie's mom!!
