My partner booked this venue in good hopes that we could use it repeatedly/on a recurring basis. I'm glad she did not lock an elongated agreement in. People of a certain level of class pay close attention to the DETAILS. EComplex just wants your money; they do not invest in the DETAILS. They provide the BARE MINIMUM. You pay a $150 cleaning fee only to meet a facility which is filthy. They host several entrepreneur workshops, but as entrepreneurs they don't even steward their own business well. Trash (McDonald's cups, junk from previous events, dirty and unsanitized equipment) are what meet you at this facility. On the day of our event the entrance hall met us with poor looking furniture; looked like the junk no one wants from thrift stores. The bathroom needed light bulbs. We're big on branding and customer service. Our audience pays attention to customer service and the "feel" of an event location; they notice neglect and poor stewardship. My partner visited the site twice in order to prepare for usage of their TV and projector. On the day of our event, the tv nor the projector were properly connected and the event site monitor left the premises before we were able to notice. We should not have the headache of monitoring the "readiness" of a space that we've PAID for. Prepare the space ECOMPLEX. Your customers should not have to be on top of you to do your part!! DO YOUR PART ECOMPLEX!! Lastly, they took our money knowing that we would have music playing but did not warn nor seem to know themselves that there is an 11 pm noise ordinance in place. They lied to us and told us that the "time" of our event would not disturb their complex business mates, but another business in the complex called the police on us. My partner was 2 minutes away from getting off of the stage performing and the police showed up at 10:58 pm forcing us to SHUT OUR EVENT DOWN! Shouldn't we have been given notice of the facility's noise requirements in our contract? Our whole event is based on LIVE MUSIC!!! Having the police show up is embarrassing and could have been avoided. We would have never rented this space which has an noise ordinance. After the event, we asked if the "noise ordinance" issue has been looked into and settled and we thus far have been met with a "can I call you back" and Jovan states that we "lost our minds". He thought he hung up the phone, but we over-heard his poor attitude. He's pleasant during the booking and payment processes, but he will show his true colors when it's time to apologize for his poor service; immature. Classic irresponsible response from hypocrites who brand on "being entrepreneurs", "reaching success" and this and that. Gimmicks! Be who you POST to be. Their social media does not represent your actual experience IN BUSINESS with them, if that's what you want to call it. We do events every 2...
Read moreI’d just like to Thank Brandon Dixon and his Amazing Team and His Company The Shooter @ecomplexatl for their amazing customer service. Their staff is very friendly and helpful whenever I call or email. And they go to great lengths to provide an amazing service, while still taking very good care of their customers. Simply awesome! That’s how I describe The Shooter to my friends and family. I’m deeply skeptical of most companies I do business with, and for good reason. Most companies don’t do what they say they will and deliver on their promises. Brandon and his team is a rare exception! From the first time I reached out to them my experience has been outstanding. They are answer my calls, and return calls and email me back promptly. Most important, they are so friendly, helpful, and nice when we talk that I don’t even want to get off the phone. Most companies I deal with over-promise and under-deliver. With The Shooter, it’s the complete opposite. The results they’ve delivered be are well beyond what they promised in the beginning. I’m not one to leave reviews for any company, good or bad. But, I had to leave this one as I’m just so happy with my results and the service I’ve received. OUTSTANDING company to work with! I just can’t highly recommend enough.
Thanks you Brandon Dixon & The...
Read moreI went to look at space with one of the managers & we agreed on date and time in which he said was available. They sent me an invoice & all. Once I paid the deposit 2 days later I get a call from EComplex stating they over booked for that day and if I could push my time back in which at this point I already paid for the host to come host my event and some vendors had paid for space for the pop up shop I was hosting so I let them know I had all of this lined up and they were suppose to call me back to get resolution, they text me basically saying I could start at a later time or they would send my deposit back smh so now at this point I’m frustrated because it’s hard to find a venue in Atl at this time. Now I have to find space or cancel my event I’m so annoyed and EComplex is unorganized and unprofessional & this should have...
