The house noodles weren’t bad, but salty. The roasted duck noodles were ok as well, but salty. Also, they gave the duck head. The seafood noodles tasted like they used old squid and shrimp. The squid and shrimp was overcooked. The squid was like rubber. All of the noodle soup broths had the flavor and saltiness of instant noodles. The fried pork and chive dumplings lacked flavor. My biggest issue is that the pricing on the menu and the wall have old pricing and you won’t know it until you order. I estimated my order to be a little over $50, but it was $66. I asked the young guy at the counter for an itemized receipt and he said all the pricing was old. I understand that everything has gone up, but they should at least remove the old pricing if they don’t want to update it. I would avoid this place because of the quality and flavor of the food and the deception with pricing. I don’t know how it has a 4.6 rating here. I’ll give the hotpot place a try the next time I’m...
Read moreWarning. This restaurant changed hands (and chefs) about a month ago. All previous accolades need to be thrown out.
Visited this place on May 1, 2021. We ordered two noodle dishes. The first dish took ten minutes to make and the 2nd one took an additional 12 minutes!
The quality of the noodles, temperature, presentation and taste were just average. The noodles were not very chewy. When my wife ordered a side of vegetables, the order takers were clueless. They had to run to the back and ask for instructions.
My wife asked why it was taking so long and one of the help said that the new owners just purchased the business about a month ago.
Overall, not worth the trip or money. Very average meal that you can get in almost any Chinese reataurant.....not counting the extremely log wait and incompetence of...
Read moreFirst of all - don't go here expecting it to be like your typical Panda Express food court Chinese restaurant you see in the US lol. Felt very much like an actual Chinese food court so that nostalgia factor was kind of nice for those who can't travel to China this year. Really enjoyed the beef noodle soup, scallion pancake, and the soup dumplings. Also tried some dumplings and the steamed pork bun but weren't as impressed with those. It wasn't quite the same as getting it overseas but a pretty good substitute. Definitely recommend adding some vinegar, soy sauce, and the chile sauce for an extra kick of flavor. Easy to use kiosk is available for ordering and payment. Dining available on site in food court setting. Will return again, especially as it...
