Lotus Fencing Academy — Local services in Chamblee

We learned about this place from a friend of ours and signed up our son. He absolutely loved going to the class during the summer for a week. He definitely wants to come back for more classes in the future. The owner is Egyptian and brings an international experience to his coaching. He clearly is focused on the well-being and learning of each child because he doesn't like unnecessary pressure and pushing of the kids. He let me know that he wants the kids to really enjoy the sport because if they are forced to do it they will drop it at the first chance they get. His coaching staff are so kind and gentle with the kids and to make sure that all the kids are enjoying themselves. There are obviously some kids who are going to be much more assertive or aggressive in their fighting style but the coaches do a great job of making sure that the naturally gifted kids do not overshadow the class.
