A little over a year ago I was shopping around for new insurance. I did this online and actually gave my real cell number. After many calls and emails, I received a text from someone, with State Farm, that would like to "win" my business. At the point this text came through I was already over the phone calls and was a little rude. The man on the other side of the phone was persistent and eventually I had to give him the opportunity to see if he could get me a better rate. The next day he informed me he for a few dollar less a month he could insure not only my car and my house but also life insurance, hospital insurance (I didn't know that even existed) and a few other added perks. Now EVERYONE on God green Earth wants to save money but what I received was far BETTER than saving just a few dollars, I received a "neighbor." I know everyone also heard the State Farm slogan, "like a good neighbor, State Farm is there," well I truly believe that is Chris Fritts's life motto. He has been amazing. I received my FIRST ever ticket April 30th of this year, for those who don't want to look back that was a Saturday. Not knowing exactly what this would do to my rate I nervously sent Chris a text stating what had happened and within minutes he texted me back. He has been there for all my little questions along the way. He was able to put roadside service on my policy (one of those added perks), a few months ago I had purchased a "new to me" vehicle that left me stranded on the side of the road (another first for me) so I called Chris and he calmed me down and gave me step by step instructions ever sent me the number to call to start the process of getting my car fixed. I was in an area I was unfamiliar with and didn't really have a clue where I was at. The lady that with the roadside service department found exactly where I was at and had a tow truck out to me as soon as possible. I have passed Chris's number along to a few friends and he has helped them out as well. As long as Chris is my agent I will be a happy State Farm policy holder. If you are looking around for new insurance this is the place to go. Ask for Chris Fritts! He really is more awesome than I can really express...
   Read moreState farm is a good neighbor when you are just paying them, please don't have an accident or open a claim because if you do you will realize how bad the service will be after that!!! Because at the end, they are great at charging! Do yourself a favor and look for another agent if you want to open a new policy with state farm or even better yet look for another insurance company, I know I sure will. Before starting, I have been with this insurance since one day I bought me a mustang ( 2017) and they were the nearest around ford hennessy, so I went there and open a policy right away to go home with my car the same day. I have been having issues since last year.. but this is the top of the cake. Called to ask to remove renters insurance and to add a home owners insurance policy as I just got a mortgage, I don't know why or what but my regular payments went up!!!! They didn't remove renters I paid an extra month and it's still in my policy ( I moved over a month ago), they are not giving me the discount, I guess they can keep their beacon as the drive safe and save is a joke, and adding a more expensive policy doesn't help maintaining the multi policy discount? But yet I have to pay for a policy that I told them I didn't need? Called again today, the person that answered said she would call me back because she needed to check what was going on, well she never did nor let me know what's goin on. They love your money so much they just can't help it I guess. Told me the insurance rates were going up.... ( With this covid) when all insurances were giving a relief discount this one is adding cost to...

I can confidently say you will not find an insurance office that treats you the way they do. I have worked closely with Stephanie in particular, and she is an angel who treats her customers like family. She has gone above and beyond for us time after time, responds so quickly to all of my many questions, remains patient in her responses, gives wonderful advice, explains complicated things well while maintaining professionalism, and this year she even found a way to help us lower our premium through a Home Alert Discount that she saw was not yet being applied! Insurance companies in general aren’t normally fun to deal with, but this office is an exception and makes it so easy....
