The old Kaleidoscope pub was a quick favorite of mine when I started making work trips to Georgia back in 2023; so you can imagine my disappointment upon finally moving to Atlanta to learn the old location had shut down.

I was excited to hear the crew was getting together in a new location nearby, not too far from Chamblee station and I can say the service and food remains top notch and their creative spark for colorful and international dishes remains unabated. There's a lot of talent and effort behind these walls, and the intimacy of the new location ties everything together to provide a very inviting experience.

I had dinner at Mosaic Bistro and honestly, everything was amazing. I ordered the K-Pub Double Burger and the Tuna Tartare, and both were absolutely delicious super flavorful and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the tuna was fresh with just the right amount of seasoning. The vibe of the place is really nice too, cozy but still a little upscale. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I also tried a few bites of my friend’s Curry fries and they were next level good.
