Very unfortunate experience. I had a very unpleasant experience with these folks. I got an iPhone for the back glass to be fixed. I dropped the phone at 9AM (around) and was told it would take 3 to 4 hours and that's ok- i got the phone back around 3PM. So far so good . Apart from the broken back glass, the phone was in pristine condition. When I go back to pick up the phone, the glass was replaced for price we agreed upon, and i took it and came back in the car. Within 5 minutes, i realized something was wrong --

1. The volume button was not working at all
2. When we do connect the bluetooth devices, something wasn't right with volume features. I went inside right away and asked, that volume button is not functioning correctly and was the repair done correctly. At this point, I was told , it shouldn't have be the case and the guy told he will check everything. He took the phone inside and brought it back in 5 min, and i was told to reboot. The volume button still didn't respond. Also i think the iPhone was put together in a hurry and the screen was ever so slightly coming out , from the side, a small portion was coming out as well . And here is the answer from the guy how was working there -- perhaps my volume button is faulty and he may order a new button at this. M a computer engineer by profession and i knew something would have happened in the phone while it was being fixed in the shop or wherever it was being fixed initially. At one point, I felt that the guy didn't believe that phone was working 100% correct - when i gave him. I don't have a video proof to show this but sometimes you need to believe the customer. Either way- I knew , m done with this place. I will get it fixed some place. I wanted to give this local business a chance, as it was near my house but I am very disappointed. I will pay and get my phone fixed...

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took in my iPhone 7S with a cracked screen only -- the phone functioned fine. The owner told me he would swap the screen in 1 hr so I left and came back. Upon my return, he was not finished and began to tell me that some iPhones won't take the screen he uses. Apparently this was the case with mine. He told me another hour. I got a bit peeved as he had made no mention of the fact that it might take longer if I had one of these special cases. To make a long story short, I waited another hour only to be given back a phone that was not closed properly and no longer worked. He told me to give it a 1/2 hr and it will start to work. Well it never did. I then went to uBreakiFix the next day and the guy told me that yes the man at Cellular Depot was using non-manufactured parts which can often destroy the phone. Had I just gone to uBreakiFix in the first place, this would not have happened. The guy at uBreak was great but told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to go to Apple to get a new phone. So thanks to Cellular Depot what would have cost me $100 ended up costing $350 since I needed an entirely new phone.

Do not go here. He doesn't know what he is doing. He will respond to my post and state how rude I was but wouldn't you if someone broke your phone and didn't give you the full story? Also, what does being rude have to do with being competent and not misrepresenting yourself which is exactly what he did. He did not stand by the fact that he broke my phone. uBreak will buy you a new phone if they break it. This guy did nothing. I think he has written the majority of these positive reviews. I was delighted when I called and was told that my iPhone screen could be replaced within an hour! I dropped the phone off and picked it up as promised. Unfortunately the aftermarket screen looks terrible. The contrast is off and it has an obvious blue cast. I am a professional photographer and I need to know what my photos actually look like for social media and other sharing. I was told that it is the same screen he always uses and other people don’t complain. He recommended that I adjust the screen, although the iPhone does not have any real calibration tools. I was on my way out of town, so he offered to replace the screen when I returned a week later. When I returned, I was greeted with hostility. He acted as if I was being unreasonable because I expected my phone to look like it is supposed to. I calmly attempted to show him examples of how the color wasn’t right, and I was curtly told, “I don’t make the screens, I just install them.” I expected much better quality. I’ve used $20 generic replacement screens from eBay that looked exactly like OEM. I guess I should have gone that route. Unfortunately the “60 day warranty” doesn’t seem to apply to customer...
