Went to this place on November 3rd, my first time discovered they have amazing gifts, and ornaments of your choice. I went in, been greeted; welcomed with warm smiles, curteosy, & helpful q&a. They do have a layaway payment plan, which really made everything a lot easier, simply on a fixed income. Being an huge Trekker/Trekkie; Star Trek fan, they have three different items, the only two I've ordered was the 40th anniversary edition, of the tmp USS Enterprise refit, and tos transporter. Unfortunately, due to their policies, I had to make another payment b4, December 15th deadline, which I couldn't, (at first, I was hoping to still make another payment by January), but told they have to sell all 2019 & Christmas items, once they're sold, they're gone and won't order anymore. (Which literally crushed me heavily), I had to choose my regular bills; (gas, water, power...) Or pay the layaway bill on the 15th, (and be behind on my regular bills?). I was So Crushed, I gave up on believing about Christmas miracles, I said, "Well, at least someone else will have a better Christmas, and enjoy the tos transporter." I did purchased the Enterprise model, but a bit disappointed. For $32.99 this model doesn't include with a string, nor hook for this ornament, some tiny paint detail is wrong lol, and the only thing that lights up, the two inner nacelles and deflector dish, not the upper/lower domes of the primary hulls of the saucer. Now, in my opinion, being a 40th anniversary edition, ST:TMP Enterprise refit, esp., w/that price, you would expect, all lights light-up, from primary, secondary hulls, and nacelles, photon torps should glow red, & some blinking lights maybe, and of course, the deflector dish should've changed color from a faded whitish or dim brown, then turn to bright blue. Just like the film; drydock scene. Anyway, I digress. Smh lol Oh well, my Christmas is ruined and over *shrugs, but someone will have an awesome collection. As for the store, great...
Read moreNothing upsets me more than a business that closes before they're posted closing time. I hurried as fast as I could to get to this Hallmark before 8 PM, it was 6 minutes till. They had the lights on and the doors locked and acted like they couldn't see me at the door! I was working very late hours every night and really needed to get an Anniversary card like I do every year for my wife. I work in the asphalt business and had an unusually difficult week a difficult week worked 80 hours and 5 days days and finally got off at 7:30 and drove as fast as I could to get to the store. I absolutely 100% will never ,ever , shop at this store again. If you want your hours to be whenever you decide as long as it's close to the posted closing time you shouldn't have a business! TOTALLY...
Read moreI recommend using their free rewards program! They often email out free $2 rewards or buy a card get one free, etc. Some of the cards run at 99 cents or $2 each, so you can essentially get free cards except for paying tax. Also, rewards members get a free monthly card from the Just Because line of cards. This location has a lot of cute and unique items, but often the Just Because cards are low on stock. However, I’m giving this location 5 stars anyway because the employees are usually pretty...
